The only positive point is the room, which has great facilities, good beds, great shower and is very clean. Everything else about the hotel is disappointing (this assessment is made considering the price paid per night, which, by the way, is the only thing that resembles a resort). The local square is completely abandoned, there is no cleaning, maintenance and the fact that it is a small bar (very well set up) has not been in operation for a long time. Everywhere you look there is weeds and terrible gardening. Restaurant: the accommodation model is full board, we thought the meals would be the difference, yet another big disappointment. Nothing like what you'd expect from a resort (again, the worst value for money I've ever had) I'm now sending a message to the staff, all of whom are very polite and hard-working, and they need it because things don't work. Well, to finish, I want to leave a tip for the Hotel. It's clear that something happened, and that they were much better. They want to improve and I really hope they can do it. But until they are in a position to actually be a resort, they should set the price as they are now. A hotel, with good rooms, a nice pool, everything else is very common. Conclusion: Worst value for money I have experienced. It is not a resort, the photos do not match the current reality.

The hotel is located in a natural paradise, in the middle of the Tietê River with warm, clean waters! The room is wonderful, the food is simple but excellent and tasty and the staff are super polite. I saw a beautiful sunset and the warm weather is excellent. The only thing that is lacking is the maintenance of the common areas, but nothing that affects the experience, which is excellent.

All wonderful. Beautiful environment. Incredible employees. Super attentive. Easy access. Private beach, beautiful, cozy. I recommend it and I will definitely return. Blessed place. Real paradise

Horrible! This is not a resort! The place has seen better days! The employees are all unmotivated, the lack of leadership and standards is visible from the moment they arrive. We arrived and were not told anything, no meal times, what was included, tours, entertainment, nothing that a resort offers. Food ok, nothing out of the ordinary, however, they delay the schedules a lot. On the second day of our stay it was already 8:30 pm and dinner had not yet been served. And amazingly, no one communicates anything! Everyone doesn't know what's going on. A guest who was having a birthday reported that his daughter, aware of his stay here at this pseudo-resort, called here and ordered a cake and sparkling wine for the special date's dinner. The next day, he went to ask his father if he liked the surprise and guess what? What a surprise? According to him, that was 4 days ago and every day they play for the next day. There is clearly a lack of people and the advertising is misleading. The bars close and there is no one to serve. We were thirsty for a while! There is no entertainment! They fight and argue in front of guests and outsourced child monitors are more attentive than hotel staff. I refuse to call this a resort. At night it's just about sleeping, there's nothing! Not a single live song. The abandoned children's pantry, a straw crib without a mattress, there's nothing! Kids, don't even talk! Dirty playroom, everything is broken and the playroom has lots of spiders! Guys, it's money thrown in the trash! Don't fall for it! Worst experience of life! And they know, because the complaint and suggestion box is well kept in the office. It's rubbish, lots of broken and abandoned things!

I would like to record my gratitude to boss Edival. Because we were served very well... The coffee was wonderful and very presentable, we really liked it. beautiful and pleasant place,…. We'll be back soon !
