Basically its a budget hotel the location was perfect for us. Thing is having cupboard as the toilet was a bit off putting.

The location is strategic as it is closer to Media City and Old Trafford stadium. It is also accessible by tram. The reception staff was great. Fast check in by the beautiful eyed lady and was greet with the most lovely smile upon check out. The room was comfortable with different type lighting. Toilet and shower room was clean, kudos to housekeeping staff. During my stay it was a windy day, thus the sound of the wind come from the window at the corridor and it was a bit scary but not really disturbing. Overall I did enjoyed my stay and surely will coming here again whenever I want to visit Old Trafford.

Closed to Manchester United Stadium. Very good location for entering and watching football games.

Room is fairly clean and has a working A/C system, but can feel dated at times. Not much to expect as it is a budget hotel. Staff are courteous. No kettle in the room. Drinking water dispenser is located near the lobby, free tea/coffee provided, there is also an option to get pizza but Starbucks and McDonalds are just across the street if you want a quick bite. Close proximity to tram station and Old Trafford stadium which is only a 20 minute walk, excellent location if you are there for the footie. Solid option if you are in the area for matchdays and looking for a short stay.

Great for location and decent price - would have liked a hot breakfast personally although there was a good selection of pastries, salad and cereals.
