It was a non reception hotel ... Firstly i called on given number Nobody received it. I wasn't informed regarding my Room number and Room code I had to wait almost half an hour and when the room was alloted it was so small i couldn't even stand in that room it was at top floor roof room like and I called them again to please change that room. secondly the Rooms weren't cleaned there was smell in the rooms, Bathroom exhaust weren't working, Extremely disappointed and they are charging the amount like a proper hotel not worth it.

hotel is good got wifi n tv with netflix prime youtube everything. down side we. booked a room and someone was already there we got given another room n was told we coukd hage the room when he went but he never left

The room smells and way smaller than advertised .as there is no front desk, I have to call up the owner to get my room number .

We arrived and realised we hadn’t received any information to access our room, this was shortly resolved by a quick phone call. When we entered the room it looked dirty, the floor hadn’t been hoovered and the sheets had multiple hairs inside and on the duvet. We felt disgusting sleeping there and had to sleep on top of our own towels we had brought as it was too late to go somewhere else. The room smelt damp and mouldy which is probably why the window was wide open when we arrived. Won’t be returning.

Lovely and helpful staff, always was on hand to help out. Room was very nice, bed VERY comfortable and I was gutted to check out! One downside was the other guests, they were ridiculously loud and played music which was also quite loud so that put a slight downer on things but overall great place, I’d definitely stay again.

On arrival we had problems checking in as I didn't get an email from the supplier or the hotel. Because this e-mail was important to get access to the hotel (digit code - a small box in which the box can be opened with the pin code, like a bicycle lock). Thank goodness there was a new guest who gave me the hotel password so I could check my email. Unfortunately, I did not receive any access data from the hotel. However, the hotel had a banner hanging on which the hotel's contact details and phone number could be read. Called there and described my problem to her. She asked me for my first and last name and she gave me the access data verbally (English). Everything worked perfectly. Hotel is about 25-30 minutes walk (from Victoria Station and shopping center) 5 minutes by car

I have never stayed in such a terrible place and paid £400 for it. Their usual price was around £45 but as it was Oasis so they became super greedy and charged £400 !!!!! Even if I had paid the lower price it was not even worth that. It was dirty and unkept flies on the window ledge and empty beer cans in the bathroom, so it was not checked before we arrived. I sent them an email asking about parking which they ignored. See pictures for full idea of how bad this place was. I understand that people will increase their prices during an event, but from 40 to 400 is criminal. I would not recommend a stay here it was not even worth the usual price. As far as the pricing goes you should be ashamed of yourself.

Staying in this hotel is very pleasant I was able to sleep very well and the owners were very helpful in answering my questions including near attractions on what to do in the area swell as how to work the key lock with the door and the shower basic questions and it was swiftly dealt with and I would be happy to come back and stay here again.

I was accommodated at this hotel for a business visit to Manchester, I stayed for 4 days, and I had a pleasant experience at Albert View Hotel, the bedding and the room were changed every day, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay at Albert View again on my next visit to Manchester.

Do not stay here! Dusty, dirty, smelly and stale air greeted us upon arrival. My partner had severe asthma attacks throughout our first night and I developed a terrible RASH from sleeping in the bed, most likely bed bugs or dust mites. My partner was wearing jumpers and long pants so she luckily was not affected by whatever bugs were in the dirty sheets and pillows. Heater was not working, and there is NOT a private kitchen, as we needed it for urgent medical supplies and it was advertised as having one! We did not have any kitchen appliances like fridge or microwave in our room. There was a dirty, shared kitchen with no cutlery or clean eating utensils. The kitchen was covered in mould! After 5 months, we have never received our￡700 refund! They even scammed us and gave our room away whilst we were still paying for it!! Do NOT support this business and do not stay here.
