Wow! Not sure where to start, an outstanding venue for my daughters wedding last week. We stayed at the castle and many of our family stayed at the Villa, the accommodation for all was outstanding. Our daughter Lauren’s wedding was an absolute dream, from the moment we arrived the staff could be any more friendly. Pino (Gussepi) every day even on his days off was checking on us, assisting with everything possible, the hospitality was above and beyond. I work in hospitality, and believe I’m attention to detail being spot on. The team here did this every minute of every day. Pamela ensure the wedding went as smooth as possible, very calming, organised and in control, always a step ahead. We can’t thank you enough Sharon Tony & Family xx Lauren & Liams wedding 5.7.22

After 2 years of cancellations due to Covid, it was third time lucky. Well it was certainly worth the wait. Everything was excellent. The setting for a wedding was perfect. The ceremony was so romantic and the castle grounds have to be seen to be believed. The food and drink was of a superb standard, 5 star plus. The staff were so efficient and friendly. I must give a special mention to Giuseppe who made the occasion so special. We stayed for 3 nights and the standard never slipped. Each room had its own seating area outside with beautiful views. There were 2 swimming pools and the children and the old timers loved them. When it came to checkout, nobody wanted to leave.

Ci siamo sposati lo scorso anno e sin dal primo incontro ce ne siamo innamorati. Lo risceglieremmo mille volte ancora. È stato tutto perfetto. Hanno un' organizzazione impeccabile e un personale che si è mostrato super attento alle esigenze di ognuno dei nostri ospiti, per non parlare del cibo eccellente,apprezzato da tutti.Abbiamo optato per una cerimonia esterna sotto i lampadari e le foto parlano da sé.Location da sogno.Grazie ancora per tutto!

Abbiamo passato un matrimonio stupendo. Gli antipasti erano stupendi, soprattutto i latticini, quelli erano i migliori. In poche parole è stato il paradiso nella vita reale. Il primo è buonissimo, si trattava di ravioli di basilico ripieni di ricotta e il secondo di un filetto di manzo.

Abbiamo celebrato il matrimonio di mio figlio. Sapevamo a chi ci eravamo affidati essendoci stati in precedenza da invitati. E' stato tutto oltre le aspettative. Gli sposi avevano deciso il tema dal " Signore degli anelli" e lo staff e' stato splendido. Location da favola, cibo super ma un plauso speciale va a tutto lo staff. Personale tutto altamente professionale, attento alle esigenze piu' particolari, senza essere invadente. Siamo tutti soddisfatti e abbiamo ricevuto il plauso unanime di tutti i nostri invitati alcuni non residenti in Puglia, rimasti colpiti dalla bellezza del luogo e dall' accoglienza. Bravi tutti.👏👏

Siamo stati in questo posto da favola per un ricevimento. Un posto incantato una struttura così non credevo esistesse nel Salento, per non parlare dell'organizzazione del matrimonio, organizzato nei minimi dettagli dall'arrivo degli sposi all'antipasto allo spostamento di tre sale differenti per frutta foto dolci e open bar finale tutto molto incantevole potessi tornare indietro mi sposerei in questo posto senza pensarci due volte. La cura per l'esterno il giardino e qualcosa di maniacale . Complimenti

Ci sono stato per un matrimonio. Dovendo venire da Bari, ho prenotato al b&b " antico borgo " a san Pancrazio salentino che dista solo 2 km. Non è stato possibile prenotare da loro alle " scuderie " in quanto tutto esaurito. Che dire tutto bellissimo, iniziando dalla location, che dal servizio ineccepibile. Ottima la qualità del cibo e la varietà. Stupenda la mise en place. Personale disponibilissimo, attento e cortese. I vini serviti sono della loro cantina, che già conoscevo. È stato un bel matrimonio.
