Summit Calangute Resort & Spa offers the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and convenience. The property is extremely beautiful, well-maintained, and has a very relaxing vibe. One of its biggest advantages is the location - it's just about 950 metres from Calangute circle, making it convenient to explore the Calangute beach, multi-cuisine restaurants and wine shops while still enjoying a peaceful stay.
The staff truly made the experience even better. We were welcomed with a traditional greeting, a ceremonial stole draped around our necks, and a refreshing welcome drink, which made us feel valued from the moment we arrived.
The rooms were spacious and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and everything felt clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The only downside was the half-glass shower partition in the bathroom, which caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor after every shower. Hope they fix it asap.
The breakfast buffet was also great, with a good variety including parathas, sandwiches, idli sambar, toast, fresh fruits, and juices, although the menu had fewer variations from one day to the next. The gym was decent, although it had limited equipment. That said, it's hardly a concern when you're on vacation and spending most of your time exploring Goa. We didn't get a chance to experience the spa, so can't comment on it.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting Goa.
