We stayed at this hotel during our four-day trip from May 28 to May 31, 2026, although we stayed here for only two of those days. We have visited this hotel several times in the past and generally had positive experiences. Positive Aspects The hotel is centrally located in the market area, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are comfortable, the location is good, and the breakfast is satisfactory. The staff members are courteous and helpful. It is a good option for a budget-friendly stay with friends and family. Areas of Concern Unfortunately, our most recent stay was disappointing due to the following issues: Poor Swimming Pool Maintenance During our visit in May, the swimming pool water appeared dirty and poorly maintained. After using the pool, some of us developed skin rashes, which may have been caused by improper water treatment or excessive chlorine levels. We reported this concern to the hotel staff, but it did not seem to receive adequate attention. More seriously, my 6-year-old son used the pool the following day and subsequently developed an infection that caused him considerable discomfort for approximately five days after our trip. This was extremely concerning and significantly affected our overall experience. Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues We were assigned a room on the third floor, where the Wi-Fi service was practically unusable due to weak signal strength and poor coverage. We value the hotel's location, staff, and affordability, which is why we have chosen to stay here multiple times. However, the issues mentioned above require immediate attention, particularly the maintenance and safety of the swimming pool. We hope the management will investigate these concerns and take the necessary corrective measures to improve the experience for future guests.
