Very good set up to stay and tour. We had 2 cottages well maintained, comfortable beds, TV with many channels, AC and Fan, Has a very nice pool to relax , restaurant. They arranged a knowledgeable driver to take us around Goa North , South and Centre visiting Beaches and historic locations. I would recommend if want a different experience with very friendly helpful staff. I would and probably will stay again.

Its a Fabulous Place.. The ambience is just wonderful.. Attched by a Beautiful Swimming pool.. The Lawns are just awesome.. The Cottages from inside are just fantastic.. A must visit place for Family or Friends Group...

We had booked 3 rooms this month. Rooms had no geysers..For heating water they gave us heating coil. Breakfast had only 3 items (name sake) not they did not keep even corn flakes. Food taste was good but for 4,500 it was a total rip off. This is not a resort but a guest house with swimming pool.
