Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned regularly. Breakfast was excellent. I had to leave early due to my early morning flight, I was offered cold breakfast before the restaurant was even open. 10 mins walk to main bars/restaurants area and Llevant beach.

I gave this hotel 2 because the hotel looks nice…that’s it!! The room walls are so hollow and you hear everything. We could just hear drunk people and babies crying so think we got a luck escape ;) Check in took over an hour as a receptionist decided to go to have lunch after a queue was already formed in front of her. Therefore, we were forced into making 2 queues. We went for the all inclusive. Good was awful!! Except the breakfast where some effort seemed to have been made. Lunch was atrocious with very little on offer. What was available was very basic and cheap tasting sh*t. Dinner wasn’t much better with maybe an additional dish. Tinned veg, overcooked chicken, chips galore, tiny bit of salad. Oh and fruit with delicious yoghurt (sarcasm) for dessert. Throughout the day, poor portions of cold food served by the pool. Nothing was nice at all! All inclusive included also ice creams but only the cheap ones. Like we paid a premium and got rubbish. Management and TUI need to sort this hotel out. I would not recommend going here. All guests that we spoke to also very unhappy. In fact, someone decided to leave the resort a week before they needed to because of the experience. TUI have not been helpful at all. I would recommend going elsewhere where you will pay similar and get tonnes more and enjoy your holiday.

I have never in all my holidays ever felt the need to write a review more so a bad one. This hotel is appalling, we arrived Saturday 22nd August for one week only. The room on allocation was wrong, this was not rectified until 4pm the following day, the food was disgusting, I would not feed it to my dog, the staff are rude (all except Angel the bar man), the pool area is far too small for the number of people staying, the area around the pool is dirty, the pool was even worse black mould all around the rim inside, absolutely awful. on our 5th day we all became ill with really bad chest infections since being home we have all ended up on antibiotics and poorly, this is not surprising given to the outdated air conditioning and dirty pool, never been so pleased to leave a holiday every. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL!

Stayed for a week ,hotel is clean and staff very helpful on reception. Breakfast is good ,dinner is ok and drinks and snacks all good too. Entertainment staff are excellent, this is probably the best thing about the hotel. Now the negatives, rooms are small,only one socket in the living area so take an extension lead. Food at tea time is very poor and im not fussy eater,theme nights are poor too ,example being a western theme no bbq meals,Mexican no chilli or wraps. Alot of dishes are repeated which you expect but oftern lack vegetables to go with them.i.e jacket potatoes, carrots etc. The ingredients are not the best either it's always cheap meat used in the dishes. Too improve I think less options and better ingredients would improve things on the evening meal.

Basic 2 star only Hotel somewhat misrepresented on the hotels photos pool area looks so much bigger Pool area far to small for the amount of rooms the hotel has The splash park is a joke about 3 metres square with a couple of squirty things again misrepresentation Breakfast as expected lots to choose from and good. Some of reception staff rude and under qualified Beds comftable Cleaning far from good spit and touch only All in all pretty poor and certainly not worth money paid

Would not recommend. Choose anywhere but her.Location ok,heaving no sunbeds unless you get there at 8 on the dot. Food is vile wouldn't feed it to the dogs. Evening entertainment is non existent. Rooms are small. Reminds me of Blackpool but worse.
