the area is great the hotel is a shambles or at least the staff are the manager was heard to be telling a family to f### off and if they didnt like it to go, all because their child had been hurt with the shower head falling on them and cut their head, there was 2 staff members having a full blown arguement in the restaurant while people were eating, the only selection to go with a salad is tuna every day,the food is either cold or almost cold and they respond with there are microwaves available to use, the all inclusive finishes at 11pm and the bar closes at 12pm you have 1 cup per person to last your entire stay, the pool opens at 10am and is closed off by a chain NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS PLACE AGAIN

On arrival was told had to keep same plastic cup the whole holiday and if u lose it it's 1 euro also I know it's a 2 star but av stayed in 5 stars and never had to pay a 100 euro refundable deposit for damages Arrived at 7.45pm yet have to leave your room at 10am on check out and they take away your band even though we dnt get picked up till late on. 1st day there was 💩 in the pool they scooped it out then said to everyone you can get back in The food nearly every one we spoke to said it was terrible and we ended up eating out 90% of the time I actually had a waiter rip a pair of food tonges out my hand. If u go to the snack bar through the day they are extremely rude and practicaly throw your food at you. Be aware u can only get 1 beer or drink at a time so if u have a partner you both have to get up to get a drink. People had people in wheelchairs and had to push them to bar absolutely ridiculous. We didn't but few people at reception saying things going missing out of room. It's a shame as with a few little changes think they could make this place much better n even get a extra star would I go back NO

The room had maintenance issues including nails sticking out of the wall, plug sockets hanging off and the pictures advertised are not what we had there were red marks on the bedding where it had not been changed and a major flood where the boiler broke among many other issues. The food was not at all nice you had to microwave it as the buffet was not kept warm. You had one plastic cup that you are to use for all of your drinks and you had to pay for a replacement. You washed your own plastic cup up not what I expected for all inclusive.

so booked it purely on price!!! £500 for a week in May all inclusive is a bargain.. checkin is a little hard work paying 200 euros for 3 rooms, then collecting a plastic glass for the duration, the room i have to say are good!! but can be nosey, the entertainment team defiantly try their best!! the drinks i think are good and the food was basic but you could always find something to eat, as a basis base its great location good, we went out alot. the hotel is defiantly not the worst, it does what it says on the tin, bed, drink, food!! defiantly not luxury but for £71 per person a night all inclusive i find it very hard to complain about it!! would i go again maybe not but would not rule it out.

Infinet free drinks if staying (with the provided cups.) Free Mini ice cream tubs cool rooms and an arcade multiple pools and entertainment would definitely recommend .~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

We have really enjoyed our time away, plenty to do and see especially the kids club and kids entertainment of an evening which my daughter really enjoyed. Big shoutout to The kids entertainers Chay, Millie and Jordan who have always kept my daughter entertained with activities and always on hand if needed any help. Always kept the adults entertained aswell. Would highly recommend to anyone with families :)

The entertainment team here are the best. We came at Easter and returned in June as my daughter literally cried going home she had so much fun in the kids clubs and enjoyed all the different activities. Millie Jordan shay and Faye were all amazing. We will definitely be returning again

Can’t fault this place at all. Our second time here and the entertainment are second to none. Fab music quiz this morning which we got bonus points for our team name! Chey is fab on the quizzes! We’ll be back again next year for sure, hopefully with other friends and family!
