H10 Salauris Palace

I had a great experience at this hotel. All staff members were especially helpful and made our stay an unforgettable one. I especially enjoyed the bar service, we were served by Carlos and he was excellent and made us amazing Sangrias. I would recommend this hotel to family, friends and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with plenty of great drinks.

It's like an old people's home , you can't drink past 12 ! They send you to your room ! £3000 to be sent to bed at 12.40 . Shocking! Bar stops serving at 12.30 ! Definitely a 60+ hotel. I would not recommend very disappointed with this hotel. Salou on the outher hand is brilliant!

This was our third visit to H10 Salauris Palace, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, pleasant, and incredibly helpful. Our room was spotless and beautifully presented – just as we’ve come to expect. The food selection was fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from at every meal – we were truly spoilt for choice. Despite it being the busy Whitsun break, we always managed to get a sunbed without any hassle, which made relaxing by the pool all the more enjoyable. The hotel is ideally located close to PortAventura, making it super convenient for families and thrill-seekers alike. A special mention must go to the wonderful Guest Services Manager, Esmeralda. She always recognises us and goes out of her way to ensure everything is perfect. She’s incredibly professional and clearly excels in her role – a real credit to the hotel. The entertainment this year was top-notch – far from the usual run-of-the-mill acts. We thoroughly enjoyed the Bruno Mars tribute and were blown away by three incredible singers from South Africa performing hits by Michael Jackson, Boyz II Men, and more. The two male members of the animation team were also brilliant and kept everyone engaged and entertained throughout our stay. We had such a fantastic time and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, H10 Salauris Palace, for another unforgettable holiday!

The hotel itself is what you would expect from a 25 year old hotel as far as cleanliness and styling. The pools are not adequate with all the sun loungers crammed in around them it feels like you are all sat head to toe. We went for the half board option and drinks were not included, not even your own fizzy drinks around the pool. I was told I could not bring my own drinks to the pool area only water. And no drinks included even at the evening meal. The food, it was, at best edible. There was very little choice unlike some people in these reviews are trying to make out. It was all some of the blandest food I’ve had in a hotel. The staff, on arrival we were trying to sort out breakfast as we were early for check in and all three of the staff we spoke to and the manager was rude, they were all ignorant to our needs charging us for tax after only speaking about breakfast for us then to be charged for breakfast once we got to the buffet area. Confused we went back and after lots of back and forth we gave up. Finally, I’d like to say often the negative reviews are ignored as people who may be fussy are the ones who write them. Ive never written a review good or bad but this hotel inspired me to write this one.

Rooms were spotless and freshened up everyday. Food was nice with plenty of options. Plenty of entertainment day and night for kids. Bar staff were incredible, particularly Sebastian and Alex they couldn’t do enough for you. They also make a fantastic daiquiri!!
