Very good experience at such a affordable tarriff. Value for money in a premium location just 30 mins from the airport. Hotel staff is also very nice and humble specially Meraj from Room service. He is definitely most humble and kind employee of indismart. His service was very professional and prompt. He suggested some food which is good and also he help us outside to explore kolkata. It was really nice to be with him. We really enjoyed his accompany. He is a very well trained hospitable guy. Meraj always welcome guest from the depth of his heart which make him good hearted person. Hotel breakfast buffet was also good but need to look into the dinner buffet. We would love to stay again in indismart.

We had a good experience with indismart hotel at IIHM kolkata during our pwc meeting in the college. The food was too good and service was even more better because of the Meraj he was very active and detailed oriented. As a host I was very rude with him because of the delay of our afternoon tea but even after being so rude with him he was very calm, cool, composed and behave very politely with me. The way he managed and lead everything was showcasing his management skill. He was also very nice with his junior team member which is very rare to see in corporate world. Really impressed with his communication, leadership and humbleness. Truly a gentleman, he will surely have a promising future. Thank you Chef Debanjan and his team for the good taste and Meraj and his team for the quality service.

We were there for a week in March 2026. From check -in to check-out everything was smooth and good. Food was also good. There was good options in breakfast buffet with the option of live counter as well. Thanks to kitchen team for the quantity food. We would specially indepted to Meraj for his warmth hospitality. His way of interacting with each and every guest makes him apart from other employees. He is very polite and humble always attentive to all the guests. He treat every guest like his own guest. It was wonderful having a conversation with him. Even my wife and a daughter had a good time with him. He is a nice guy even a solo female traveller can be very comfortable while having a conversation with a gentleman like him. The best thing about him that even working there he still follow hospitality standards. Whenever he is on duty the quality of service improves. I experienced that there is a difference in quality of service whenever he was there. At night shift when he was present the service was so quick, accurate and well standard compare to other night shift staff. He is wonderful personality and an asset for the Indismart hotel.

Very Good staff and best staffs spicial Miraj and sushank helpful and good nature

1) Observed sharp corners with the bed side table kept in between the two beds. It may lead to safety concerns. It should be closed, reported to Debasis Mondal. 2) Housekeeping part of Debasis Mondal is observed very good.

Fantastic welcome at the restaurant , nice talks with Meraj and he helped me to get some good choice of food to try and it was amazing tasty yummy food! I am completely appreciate the whole team behind the great service and food for the people ! Good luck !
