I had a stay Feb 5-6, 2023 for a ground floor room w/ a single bed because I'm 100% handicapped from my military service during Vietnam. I called Microtel twice on 2/1 & again on 2/4, to confirm that I had a 1 bed ground floor rm. Both times the clerks assured me that it was in their system. I showed up Feb 5th around 3:30pm, & was told by the rude female desk clerk that there's no ground floor rooms available. I told her that I had called twice on different days & was assured that the notes were in the system. She finally checked again & put me in a ground floor room, that wasn't very clean, but I accepted it, since there wasn't any other ground floor rooms available according to her. That evening the room above me kept dropping things, & it sounded like being in a bowling alley w/ the loud noises. Later, a family came in the room next door to me, & the kids started yelling, screaming & pounding on the walls. I called the front desk a couple of times, but no answer. It finally stopped around 10pm. The next morning, I went to take a shower. There wasn't any hot water, & the soap & shampoo dispensers were empty. I called the front desk & again, no answer. Afterward, a Mexican guy apparently had a key to my room & came in, w/o knocking or anything. He looked surprised when he saw me, & started speaking Spanish. I asked who he was & why he came in my room, but just talked Spanish. When I went to the front desk & confronted the clerk (the same rude clerk that checked me in the day before) about this guy having a key to enter my room, she said it MAY be the maintenance guy. I then asked, ”Why didn't he say he's maintenance or staff or have hotel ID on him?” She claimed she didn't know. I filed a complaint w/ the mgr thru the clerk, & he finally sent me a email 3 days later saying he couldn't do anything about the noise from other guests. Nothing about the other issues, like no hot water, soap or shampoo, or why the guy had a key to enter my rm. No offer of a refund or some sort of compensation. Do not stay at this Microtel !!

The rooms are spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was exceptional from the front staff to the breakfast attendant. In the evening there were fresh cookies. In the afternoon there was a dispenser of ice lemon water. WiFi was good and the price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We had a small issue and the manager, Todd, was extremely helpful in resolving the issue.

This is a great place to stay. I’ve stayed here several times for a night at a time, when flying out the next day. They have an amazing Mongolian Beef rice bowl, great beds+pillows.. It’s clean, friendly, and best of all great service. Today I flew in in a snowstorm. The shuttle driver took me right to my car, so I wouldn’t have to drag my suitcase through the slush in the parking lot, then he put my suitcase in my trunk, AND brushed the snow off my car. Seriously? All my stays here have been great, but this one was above and beyond. It’s a gem, a well kept secret. Part of me didn’t want to write this because I don’t want it to be difficult to book in the future. My only suggestion is perhaps the desk attendant could give customers a map with their room marked. Sometimes finding the room is difficult due to the way it’s laid out. For me this is a minimal complaint and the rest of this establishment makes up for it!

First off, I love a hotel where the staff really works hard to take care of the traveler! Little things like breakfast starting at 4:30am instead of 6:30 or 7am. A great pool, great airport shuttle, and great service at checkin. Moses, the assistant mgr took great care of me at check in. The room was very large and very nice. The price was the best of all the hotels near the airport. Not a negative word to say about this place!

Only Western food. It seems that there is no extra bed, but two large beds can sleep 4 people, as long as you feel comfortable. The hotel is very good from the airport and there is a free shuttle service for shuttle. After the driver picks up the plane, it is best to give the driver a tip as appropriate.

I recently had a great stay with the Sonesta Simply Suite in Denver, so I booked this property. This hotel offered, again, quiet, spacious and clean hotel rooms. I spoke with a few guests, and everyone was happy with their stay. The laundry machines were all relatively new, and operated well. The self service coffee machine was very convenient. The staff were all very friendly. The General Manager took the time to introduce himself to me. The hotel makes me feel like a valued guest. Thank you.

Cost-effective, some distance from the airport and away from the road, no noise problems, good breakfast, free parking. Friends who don't rent a car have a free shuttle bus to pick up the airport, and there is no problem in travelling. There are no restaurants, shops nearby, and friends who are suitable for car rental and transit.

Because of the plane at 6 o'clock in the morning, I came to the hotel next to the airport from Huangshi. There is a free bus. It is best to tip for a separate transfer. The hotel is very renovated. Unfortunately, I only slept for seven hours.

Stayed one night prior to our flight home. Our room was spacious and comfortable; actually the beds were amazing! Sarah , the Ops Mgr, was so helpful—not just checking us in and, but reminding us to sign up for morning shuttle and troubleshooting the printer when we tried to print boarding passes. We didn’t have a chance to have breakfast—it was eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, cereal and fresh fruit. The shuttle was on time and a quick , pleasant ride to the airport. The driver gave good info about navigating the airport. We were not bothered by plane noise; we were on third floor. We did think the bathroom unusually dim, though if you left the lights on a while they brightened up. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a suite with a not small area. Breakfast is served at 6-9 in the morning, and there is an airport drop-off service. The disadvantage is that the refrigerator power supply cannot be found, it cannot be turned off, there will be periodic noise, and the toilet exhaust fan will be noisy even if it is turned off.
