Location quite well - surrounded by several restaurants and shops. The rooms/appartments are clean and functional well equipped. The breakfast was from my perspective well and adequate. Free laundry (self made) is offered. I would stay again.

The hotel is new, with brand-new facilities and bedding. The kitchen is very practical, fully equipped with various cooking utensils and tableware, making it especially suitable for those who enjoy cooking. The hotel boasts an excellent location, adjacent to the AC Marriott Hotel, and next door to a Walmart supermarket, a large shopping mall, a food court, and upscale restaurants—making it extremely convenient and a prime location. The hotel is away from the main road, ensuring a quiet stay. It also features a basketball court (free basketball use), a free outdoor swimming pool, a basic gym, and a free laundry room. The breakfast is decent, typical Mexican style, but of good quality. There are also social hours in the evenings to encourage interaction and are a unique feature.

The hotel is clean, the gym is nice, the suites are fully equipped, and you can cook. Free beer is available three afternoons a week. The location is good; there's a Walmart and shopping center nearby, and restaurants are readily available.

Muy bien el hotel. Está en una de las mejores sazonas de Saltillo muy cómodo para lavar, gym y hacer compras enfrente hay un Walmart y un mall donde hay de todo. Lo recomendaría.

Great location and cleanliness, but customer service needs improvement. Our stay at Staybridge Suites Saltillo by IHG was overall positive, but there are a few points worth mentioning. The hotel is in an excellent location, very safe and clean, which we truly appreciate since we travel by road from Texas to Mexico several times a year, and Saltillo has always been our preferred stop to rest. We booked three rooms for eleven people and one pet, which is an emotional support animal for my youngest son who has autism. The first person who assisted us during check-in was very kind and everything went smoothly. However, later another staff member made uncomfortable comments regarding the number of guests and the pet, even though we had already informed the hotel and complied with its policies. Everything was eventually resolved, but we felt that the treatment toward us was different compared to other foreign guests. We do not want anyone to face consequences; we simply suggest better customer service training to avoid prejudice and ensure equal treatment for all guests. Despite this, the hotel delivers on what it promises, and we hope to stay here again in the future because we value its safety, cleanliness, and pet-friendly policy.

Room was big and relatively clean. Some things like the sofa and the toilet looked dated. It was quiet and the aircon was silent so I had a good sleep.

i reserved one room with two beds and they gave me two rooms with three beds and kitchen and the price was much more expensive i try to call to expidia and never answer y will like to be refund for your mistake
