The worst hotel ever. No towels. No cable available but TV did not work anyway. Very cold outside and bathroom window cannot be closed so room was like sleeping in the fridge. Staff said yes to everything but did absolutely nothing. If they answered the phone they just hung up so you always had to go to the desk. Horrible experience!

The room was dirty from the last guest and the toilet didn’t flush. The only good thing about the hotel was the proximity to the centro. We left a night early.

The service was terrible. Staff did not answer the phone, so my family could not reach me when I was I’ll. There was no bottled water in the room and I had to ask for towels.

When we arrived the rooms weren’t available, they didn’t honour the reservation and they moved us to another hotel, very bad customer service and communication with *******

Excellent location. Lovely courtyard. Rooms need an upgrade, especially lighting. Dark room. Need abottle of water and a glass in the room.
