Very organized, good reception, kind and helpful staff. Affordable daily rate. It has a great breakfast. It was really a comfortable experience. I highly recommend it! The neighborhood is famous and has many places to eat and learn about the history of the region.

Great hotel with a great location. Excellent service, especially Vitório and Elen. They even helped my wife prepare a surprise that turned out beautifully. They were super attentive and helpful. Congratulations to both of them! They are a great asset to the hotel. Not to mention the beautiful room.

Extremely warm reception. There is an air conditioning unit but it doesn't turn on. I forgot an object in the room and they told me they sent it via Sedex. They didn't send it and they don't respond anymore. Terrible experience. Rooms without soundproofing. You can hear everything that happens in the corridors. Bad lighting

In the heart of Salvador Pelourinho. Structure below expectations. 3.00 pm check in actually they gave us the room 4.15 pm all very slow... their world. Room without wardrobes, invisible bathroom. Our room faced the back. A tinsmith from 9am to 7pm so it's impossible to expect a little "nap" (see photo). 75% savory breakfast. We asked for it more gently, they say yes but then nothing happens, in 3 languages, Portuguese, Spanish, English ... they are kind but don't bother. 3 days acceptable but I think there is better. Average price. Clean. Maybe a little more effort on their part wouldn't be such a bad thing. Last day the air conditioning didn't work. The conclusions are yours.
