When I go to other country I expect that my hostel give me good attention and recommendations. The staff at oyo treated us as strangers.

Quarto sujo, colchão imundo, lençóis velhos, Toalhas rasgadas, pequenas e de péssima qualidade, além de velhas. Controle do ar condicionado ruim e quebrado. Cortina sem blecaute o que deixa entrar muita claridade. A água acabou, pois disseram que a bomba estragou, na noite do Réveillon e ninguém arrumou, nem tomou providências para resolver o problema. Todos os quartos de um corredor do hotel.

O hotel não tem café da manha incluso na diária. Diária cara para o que oferece. Quartos com problemas, janelas quebradas, condicionador de ar com defeito e até pingueira de chuva tinha.Única vantagem é a localização. Recomendo ao dono recuperar a estrutura dos quartos, pois ao que parece só a piscina estava funcionando perfeitamente.

O quarto era muito umido, o ar condicionado necessitava de manutenção, estava sujo com mofo , foi péssima a estadia, entramos bem e saímos com alergia, sem segurança, o estacionamento não é fechado, qualquer pessoa tem acesso aos carros, a portaria não tem segurança e a porta da pousada não é electrotécnica, a janela do quarto não fechava bem, dormimos com receio, não recomendo.

Muito burocrático o check-in, solicitado o comprovante de pagamento que havia sido feito na plataforma. Piscina com sujeira (cadeira dentro), não tem rampa de acessibilidade internamente e o pior a TV não tinha acesso a canais aberto ou fechado, somente netflix.

Quarto confortável, instalações simples, mas conservadas. Atendimento muito bom. Os apartamentos térreo têm a desvantagem do barulho. Muitas pessoas circulam nas imediacoes do quarto e o barulho é inevitável.
