Cons: hotel is crying for refurb, not every room has safe box, when requested they never brought, main door, lift is disaster specially when hotel crowded you need to wait ages, bed, mattress, pillows need to be changed, no drinks in fridge, however I was asked at check out if I consumed something. Breakfast on top floor and small space for amount of people. No hangers in wardrobe.
The cleanliness of the rooms, hallways, cafeteria, indoor and outdoor areas is excellent, but the pool area leaves something to be desired. There is only one person to clean the outdoor and indoor areas and to clean the pool. There is no way to keep up, there are no tables or umbrellas. It looks abandoned.
Great stay, excellent service. We live in this world and perfection is only in heaven. The only things that could have bothered us were the air conditioning not cooling down on the second day of our stay and the bath towels provided were actually face towels. We could have been upset about this and even complained, certain that the problems would be promptly resolved by the hotel's excellent service team, but we went on our trip ready to enjoy a calm, peaceful and God-blessed weekend, without anything that could disturb our peace and tranquility. And so it was, Glory to God and thanks to the hotel staff for the days we stayed.
The only thing I didn't like was having to pay for parking. Because the ad talks about parking and that was the reason I took the hotel. However, you pay $20.00 per day to use the garage inside the hotel.
