Numa Salzburg Vogelweider

This is a completely self-service hotel, and all communication is done via WhatsApp. After paying the city tax, the hotel provides a guest mobility card. The hotel's location is just a bus ride away.

The room was nice, stylish, and spacious. My room faced the road, so there was a lot of traffic noise during the day, but it quieted down at night. I think a room facing the residential area would be better. The fire alarm went off once during my stay, which caused some inconvenience.

1. The accommodation came with a transport card, which was very convenient. Although it's a bit of a walk from the station, you can reach it within 15 minutes by bus using the card. 2. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities were new, including a microwave, so you could buy microwaveable food to eat in the room. 3. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked great. I particularly liked the bathroom design. 4. The downside is that there's no housekeeping for a three-day stay, and I really needed the trash emptied and the bathroom tidied. 5. Although there was a coffee machine, the coffee capsules provided weren't very good 😆. 6. On the first day, I noticed the shower gel was empty, and later I needed tissues. I asked customer service, and they said I could get them from the laundry room on B1, but there was no shower gel available for replenishment. 7. Despite these issues, the overall design and facilities of the hotel are still quite good, and the check-in process was smooth.

The room was in good condition and having a mini-fridge and hairdryer was very convenient. I just wished the full-length mirror was in a better spot. I really liked that the room got a lot of sunlight. The hotel's location was a bit far from the city center, which was inconvenient a couple of times. However, it was a quiet place tucked away from the hustle and bustle, with a supermarket nearby, and felt safe even in the evenings.

It's a ten-minute walk from the metro station, and the room facilities are quite complete. However, during check-in, I didn't receive any information, and my emails were completely ignored. I finally got in touch via WhatsApp, where they claimed I hadn't paid the city tax, even though I had paid it in mid-August. I had to take a photo and upload the payment information, and it took over 40 minutes to finally get my access code. The management is terrible! On the morning of check-out, my room door suddenly opened around 9 AM while I was changing, which really startled me. Then, around 10 AM, I heard two soft knocks, and the door opened again. We immediately went out and found it was the housekeeping staff. I find this extremely impolite. Overall, my experience was very poor.

Completely self-service. Check-in and room access are all handled in one go via a mobile app, which is super convenient. The rooms are also very new.
