PLAZA Premium Salzburg

The hotel located just opposite of the mall. The mall close quite early around 7.30pm. Room is decent size but lack of amenities. Check in is easier and fast

Couple, only was given one towel, ad one teabag. Service desk looked busy alot of the time and the hotel card didnt work one night with the only option to get into room being asking for the master key. Also the double bed is 2 singles beds FYI. Very good location to the Gnigl Station!

The gentleman at reception was very rude as we checked in. We were at the Plaza for 3 nights and hung the ‘please clean’ sign as instructed on our door on the 2nd day - it was totally ignored.  We asked for coffee sachets 4 times, asking at reception 3 times and offering to take them myself to no avail. Eventually, when I phoned reception, some were delivered to our room after 30 minutes.  The young man at reception was abrupt and arrogant and as illustrated, didn’t listen to a word we said. The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in and the first we’ve ever complained about. The

The room is very clean and spacious. There is a shopping mall with supermarkets and restaurants next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful

They have free Wi-Fi, but it cannot be connected in our room. The bathroom smells soooo bad, and they do not have a bathtub, even though they have it in the picture on the website. The worst thing is they try double billing to us. I reserved through the other agency and I have paid at the time of reservation. But when I arrived at the hotel, they required me to pay again. I told the female staff that I have already paid and showed her the receipt of the agency, but she was totally uncooperative and just told me to talk with the other staff the next morning. She did not try to do anything. Disgusting. I recommend that you not use this hotel, even if the other hotel is a little more expensive than this.
