My stay at the Dorint City-Hotel Salzburg was generally good, but the fridge wasn't cold at all; it was even warmer than the room with the air conditioning on. I hope they can improve the fridge next time 😊

Convenient location, just beside a petrol station that has a convenient store. Bus stop just beside as well. Cons: rude bartender and dirty towel (only realized there was some brown stains after using it during the night. Lazy to complain and ask for replacement since we are only staying for a night, so subsequently I used the hand towel instead.)

The hotel is a bit old but the room is renovated. Our stay here was very pleasant! The staffs were super friendly! It’s very near to bus stops and supermarkets. Highly recommended!

Decent hotel in quieter area with public transport available, which is free (voucher provided by hotel). Or else 15 mins walk to central train station or old town area. Breakfast was just nice and good quality.

Overall a really pleasant stay. Location was great, with a 24h mart at petrol station just beside the hotel, and 2 min walk to a row of supermarkets nearby. Bus stop just beside hotel with easy access to the Salzburg central station and to the city. Room is slightly dated, though with interesting music/mozart design carpets. Toilet looked more modern with good water pressure. Service was also good, receptionists were friendly. Will consider returning if I’m back in Salzburg.

I stayed for eight nights. On the first night, due to a cervical spine issue, I couldn't sleep on a soft mattress, so I slept directly on the bed frame. The hotel manager proactively moved me to a room with a firm mattress the next day, which I was deeply touched by, especially since I kept emphasizing it was my own problem. Roman is a very warm, kind, and helpful guy; he always accommodated my requests and gave me many excellent recommendations. His English is fluent and expressive, truly a great person. I really miss this hotel and its staff. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Although the hotel isn't in the city center, it's not far from the main attractions. There's a supermarket and a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient. The best part is that the hotel provides free bus tickets.

Stayed here for one night and had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, and we had a good night’s rest. Location was convenient for getting around Salzburg and the staff were friendly too. Overall, a pleasant stay and good choice for a short visit.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were also very helpful and accommodating. It was a great help to be issued a QR code that allowed free tram travel while staying at a hotel in Salzburg. The nearby supermarket was also a plus.

Overall, it was okay. There's a fridge and a kettle. The mattress was on the firmer side, which I prefer, and it was the most comfortable mattress I've slept on while traveling. However, I strongly recommend replacing the old pillow inserts; the filling has turned into clumps of cotton, and I had to fold a bath towel to put on top of the pillow just to make it usable. I had to specifically ask the front desk for the Salzburg tourist transport card; they didn't offer it proactively. The sink stopper needs to be pulled out to drain the water, and I'm not sure if it needs repair or if it's a unique design. There was a brown hair hidden deep inside the two-in-one shampoo and body wash bottle, which I only noticed after the first use. It would pop out when pressing the bottle and then retract after a while. At first, I thought it was just shower gel clinging to the nozzle, but then I clearly saw the hair follicle at the root. On the second day, I decided not to use the body wash at all.
