A very nice, modern hotel in a central location. The rooms are very spacious. Convenient to walk to historic sites, restaurants, bars, etc. Spacious and clean room.

The brekfast was horrible we bealy found somthing to eat. The room was very very small and the window we gor was less than 50 apqrt feom the window of the other buildings so we had to keep the currtiens closed. We had very bad smell from the batheroom. Overall exept feom the location this was horrible stay. We styed at other hotels in vienna, and shledming that costed 1/3 of this hotel price yet they bpth had better hotel room and better brekfast. This hotel is way too expenaive to the things it offers, it was the worst stay I had in a time. I

Lovely hotel great location. Room disappointing as no windows only sky light bathroom has a lot of issues as in set up door opens onto vanity and doorstop is right in the middle of where you stand so stubbed toe many of times

Great location in Salzburg City. Bed was comfortable!! And they will give discount for parking garage and free transportation ticket for public transport!!

The hotel location is very good, near to all amenities in just walking distance… Front desk staff sometimes overly confident with issues we reports, need to repeatedly remind them the problem then only they will react….

Top quality. Clean, large room, great amenities. In the restricted zone (quiet!) so you need to call in advance for bollard code if arriving by car (parking a few hundred meters away).

I stayed here for four nights to celebrate my birthday. Initially, the room type I received upon check-in was different from what I had booked. The room the front desk gave me was next to the breakfast restaurant, and it was very small and irregularly shaped. The first morning, I was woken up by the noise of the breakfast staff pushing their carts and by passing hotel guests, so I couldn't get a proper rest and slept at all. It was a very unpleasant night. The next day, I asked the front desk to change rooms, and they quickly helped me get a quieter room with more space. Thank you to the front desk staff for their help, but I wouldn't recommend paying for the breakfast. The selection was very limited, and compared to European breakfasts, it was even somewhat subpar. The layout of the restaurant wasn't great either. However, the staff at the breakfast restaurant were very friendly and welcoming.
