Location is good , close to bus stop to central city. Lack of room facility, no fridge and no soap and shampoo. Staff is nice

Clean and efficient hotel. Easy to travel to many tourist spots by public bus. Checkin counter is on 2nd floor.

Need to take 10mins bus from train station, but can ask for guest mobility ticket in advance through email, room is very clean

The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere, the reception is on the second floor without an elevator only stairs. Beside is McDonald's which is open until late. The bus 21 is just below the hotel is a plus that you can easily go to the city in 11-16min and free with the mobility pass the hotel gives, the bus runs almost every 25min. Overall the customer service is good.

Main entrance at 2nd floor, lift does not working, have to walk up via car park compound, not easy in Dec under cold weather
no heater, only air conditioning provided and does not warm enough
