myNext - Riverside Hotel Salzburg

There was no air conditioning in the room. On the first night of my stay, it happened to be good weather, so it was incredibly hot when I slept at night. Plus, the fan would stop on its own after about six hours. I'd recommend staying here during winter.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the river, and many attractions are within walking distance. The staff were all very polite, there were apples available in the lobby, and complimentary drinks and water were provided in the room. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning; there was a fan, but it still got a bit warm.

Excellent location, just a minute from the station. However, the hotel's elevator was out of order, so I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. It's a hostel, so it felt like a student dorm, which I expected. The fridge keeps things super cold. I felt sick from the sewage smell coming from the shower room. It's nice to have a microwave available.

The hotel's hygiene and service are okay, but it lacks facilities and there's no air conditioning. If the weather is hot, you'd really need to consider that.

If you absolutely have to stay, you'd be better off choosing a hotel further away... This hotel has a good location, close to several attractions, but the overall facilities do not match the price. I booked a family room for almost 2000 per night. The key was a physical key, and after only a few uses, the clasp broke off... There were insect carcasses in the ceiling light. If you opened the window at night, flying insects would come into the room and land on the sheets... There was no air conditioning, just an electric fan... And basically no hotel service either...

Great location. Friendly and enthusiastic front desk staff with excellent service. The room is spacious and bright, and has a refrigerator. The common kitchen is clean and convenient for cooking. The room has a fan but no air conditioning, so west-facing rooms can get a bit hot during high temperatures. Rooms are not cleaned daily.

It's right next to the central station, just one stop away, and you can easily walk along the river to two city areas. The location is great, but the hotel feels more like a dormitory than a proper hotel.

The location is great, very close to the castle and the pedestrian street, just a short walk away. The riverside view is fantastic, quiet and with a rural feel, surrounded by residential areas, giving it a homey vibe. The bed is a bit small and there's no air conditioning, but it wasn't hot. Great value for money!
