Four Points Flex by Sheraton Salzburg Messe

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The first room we were given had several flies buzzing around as soon as we walked in. When I opened the bathroom door, there was even toilet paper left unflushed in the toilet. We asked the front desk to change our room, but they gave us an even smaller one. The new room was much cleaner. This hotel is very far from the city center, and it's not cheap either. For a hotel costing over a hundred euros, and a 15-euro breakfast, there's only a small dining area. While there was plenty of cheese, other options were very limited. Plus, the chips and soda on the first floor were super expensive! I rarely leave bad reviews, but this is truly the worst value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed in!

This hotel isn't in the city center; it takes about 15 minutes by bus to get there. You'll need to ask the hotel to arrange a transportation card. The cleanliness was just okay – there was hair in the towels. On the bright side, there's complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby available in the afternoons, which was a nice touch.

I was traveling alone for a last-minute business trip. The free parking was a huge plus, especially since parking in Europe often costs 20-30 euros. The hotel environment and breakfast were decent/average.

The location was fantastic! It's just a 15-minute bus ride from the city center, and public transport is super convenient. Right next to the hotel, there's a restaurant, a supermarket, and even a gym. The hotel room itself was very clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly friendly. There seems to be a police station downstairs, with officers frequently changing shifts, which made me feel very safe.

Free parking is available, but you'll need a car to get to the city center. Everything else was great, and they even offer free coffee in the afternoon. Highly recommended for those traveling by car.
