It was a really nice, clean hotel with a good price, especially regarding other hotels in Salzburg.
Location is a bit out of the center, but the connections with bus are really good (bus stands near the hotel and goes every 20 minutes or so, you need around 15 to 20 minutes to get to the center). Hotel even provides you a free bus card for the entirety of your stay. There is also Billa shop just opposite of hotel.
The room was clean, the bathroom was nice. The only thing we wondered were if there is A/C in the room for summer. Our room was overlooking the busy street with lots of cars, but the windows were really soundproof, so we had no trouble sleeping.

We stayed with our car. This is a good place they provided free parking. Since parking is quite expensive in old town , we chose to take bus to go in town center. Bus stop just right across from the hotel that goes to old town directly. This Hotel provided mobile app to ride on bus for free. All these were arranged perfectly for our stay. There is the best seafood buffet next door for very affordable price. There is a super market right across by walking distance.

The hotel is clean and located in quite a good location as you can find supermarkets and places to eat nearby the hotel. The shower room is good with high jet flow of water. The breakfast is OK and worth the money.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They provided us with a city pass, allowing us to use public transport for free, which was a great bonus. The bus stop is right across from the hotel, making it very convenient to get around. They also stored our luggage when needed — excellent service overall!

The hotel was a bit out of town and the bus service was difficult to figure out at first. The staff were excellent, friendly and informative. The ladies at breakfast were cheerful and extremely hard working. Apart from the location, this is an excellent hotel.

非常糟糕的體驗1.距離地鐵口很遠，要穿過玉米地；2.最嚴重的是，攜程預訂上明明包含兩份早餐，結果離開的時候，前台盯着電腦半天，非要説他的系統裏沒有早餐，我們定的兩間房，單人房是沒有早餐，但雙人房是有早餐，儘管我們再三解釋，他還是一口咬定無論哪一間房都沒有任何早餐，最後我們着急趕車，交了40歐早餐費，心裏一萬個委屈和不爽，再次倒回去和他爭論，仍然堅持説就是沒有任何早餐。3.最後，在地鐵上我跟攜程反饋了情況，真心感謝我偉大的祖國啊，這是我們最最堅實的依靠，30分鐘後，我收到了退款40歐，前台狡辯説他看錯了。4.這是絕對不可能的事情，他一直在電腦上點點點，我們也給他展示了酒店英語確認涵，一家三口的英語也不是那麼差5.最後，這就是刺裸裸的敲詐勒索！！！
