The environment is great, and there are complimentary drinks in the room with a refillable minibar. The hotel breakfast is also good; you can order à la carte omelets, which taste delicious. All the staff are very enthusiastic.

I have to say, this hotel absolutely fails to meet the standards of a five-star hotel. Calling it four-star might even be generous; I'm baffled by the high ratings. On the first day of check-in, I found dirty marks on the bedsheets and pillowcases. I asked the front desk to change the bedding, but only the sheets were replaced, not the pillowcases. The room phone was broken. After reporting it on the first day, I was told someone would come to repair it, but it remained broken for my entire three-day stay. If I had any issues, I had to go down to the front desk repeatedly. On the second day of my stay, no drinking water was provided in the room. I already find it hard to understand why European five-star hotels don't provide disposable toothbrushes, but this hotel even forgot to provide water – I just don't get it. I booked a deluxe room, which was incredibly small and had no bathtub. The shower stall was extremely basic, with noticeable water stains and rust in the corners. No one helped with my luggage when I arrived or when I left. This is truly the first time I've encountered such a situation in Europe.

The room was very clean, and the bathtub was in a better position than I expected. The bathroom layout was very comfortable, and the whole place felt very new. The only downside was that the air conditioning control in our room seemed to be broken; we couldn't turn it off, so it was very cold after showering every day. Also, the ventilation noise while sleeping was very loud. Luckily, my child and I are deep sleepers, so it didn't affect us. I'm not sure if the noise was louder because we were on the top floor. However, there are several cafes downstairs, Mirabell Garden is right across the street, and it's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, making it a hotel with an excellent location!

The hotel's location is within walking distance of the train station, Old Town, and Salzburg Castle. The free mini-bar drinks are plentiful and varied. Breakfast is rich, with chilled sparkling wine. The kiwis, though small and green-hearted, are tender and delicious.

This was the most high-tech room we've stayed in during our Europe trip so far. Everything was great except for the slightly small size. The mini-fridge was complimentary with drinks and beer, and the breakfast spread was generous. The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere. The room was clean. Overall, I recommend it.
