First of all, the location is excellent; there's a bus stop right outside, and it's only an 8-minute walk to the train station. The downside is that it's a family-friendly hotel, so there's not much service. The building we stayed in on the first night had an elevator, but on the second night, we had to carry our luggage downstairs to check out.

We stayed for 3 nights on a family trip. Since it was a Trip.com recommended accommodation, I was initially worried about it being a non-hotel, but it turned out to be great. It was nice to be able to easily heat up food, as we could buy sandwiches from a nearby supermarket and kebabs from a kebab machine. The room was clean, and the location was optimal for getting around by public transport. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was construction in front of the road during our stay. Also, a loud alarm went off on a day we didn't heat up our food, which was inconvenient, but a staff member came over and explained how to handle it, so the inconvenience was only brief.

The apartment is about a seven-minute walk from the train station. Our 37-square-meter room was spacious enough to accommodate four large travel bags, with plenty of space and plenty of kitchenware. We contacted the apartment before our stay, and they responded quickly. They even emailed us guest mobility cards the day before our arrival, making them convenient for us to use at any time. However, please note that the reception is only open until 6 PM; after that, there will be no staff to assist. There's a tram stop in front of the park, making it very convenient for getting around.

The worst accommodation experience we encountered during our trip: 1. The room rate is not expensive, but a management fee of the same amount as the accommodation fee is charged. 2. There was no service after 4pm and there was no way to contact the hotel front desk. So this type of hotel is suitable for Europeans, so please pay attention to it when booking a room.
