Highly recommended for service, comfort and location

Clean, modern room - challenging light switch locations. No room cleaning after overnight stays...major fault. Decent location. Generally comfortable room. Staff clearly in the early stages of experience and training. Failed to make a booked airport pick-up on arrival - making getting to the property very inconvenient and time consuming. This seems to be more the fault of the ******* "property messaging" function, which glaringly shows AI at its worst, where none of the "check this box" or "click this button" options are relevant to one's situation. How about an option to communicate with an actual human being? Too much to ask?

The room was lovely and so were the staff but soulless. Dining room looked the part but you couldn’t use it apart from breakfast . We arrived after another group had just been served breakfast. We avoided ordering ours as everyone said it was stone cold and didn’t improve even when returned. We did however go to a small place across the road and ate there. Spa closed. It felt as though this place was either being run on a skeleton staff as it was either being closed down or being finished. The staff were trying their best. We were so happy to stay here having moved from a very different hotel close by.

We had a wonderful 2 nights at this beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the city. The staff at reception and Noon who served us our beautiful dinners each night went the extra mile to ensure we were both well looked after. We would highly recommend staying here, our room was spacious, clean and luxurious, with a lovely large bath. The bed was huge with spotless linen and delicious fluffy towels.

Well designed boutique hotel situated right in the city centre. Welcoming lobby with tasteful interiors. Staff were super friendly and so was the GM. Rooms were well appointed with thick comfortable mattress, aircond that works well, clean linens and good water pressure. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Horkeo Boutique Hotel during my trip to Sam Neua and it was a wonderful experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the people. The management was attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. And the staff — simply super! They were so kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Their service really made me feel at home. This hotel is not only a good place to stay, but also a place where you can feel the warmth of true hospitality. Highly recommended if you are visiting Houaphanh Province.

They had party until 1am next day we tried to change it but they didn’t accept to refund us and we had to keep up with the noise for 2 night
