"We had booked a room with a balcony and sea view, but upon arrival, we were given a room without even a window. When we mentioned this to the front desk staff, they said it must have been a mistake on Trip.com, and that standard rooms don't have balconies or sea views. However, they eventually moved us to a room with a window. During our stay, we had to kill about 6 or 8 cockroaches in the bathroom. Plus, the Wi-Fi doesn't work (it only reaches the hotel reception area). The entrance is a dirt road, and to get down to the town, you have to take a path that's in mediocre condition."

"DO NOT STAY THERE!!! In fact, when we arrived (Sept 5, 2026, around 4pm), the place looked absolutely abandoned. The front door was locked! Phone listed as main line out of service! Finally, after knocking and snooping around in 90F+ heat found some sleepy dude, who seem to be the only person in the entire hotel, and who was something like manager/guard/genitor/host/receiptionist. The rooms are tiny, the promised ocean view non-existent (complete bs). Worst - A/C's don't work, or barely work, with such tiny rooms it's literally a sauna feel. Don't get me started on cleanness, or overall eye appeal - again, the hotel looks like from horror movies, do not believe pictures, all bs. Pool is the size of a small car, it's not even a pool, it's a kid's jacuzzi. Restaurant (where you supposed to get free breakfast), I can't even comment, reminds of post apocalyptic movies, all empty dirty tables, broken up floor tiles, etc. Also pay attention how hotel deals with cancelations, because obviously this is their main stream of income. They won't refund you anything, until you cancel several days ahead (even then I doubt you'd be refunded). At least I wasn't. Stay away!"

"Don’t let the pictures fool you. We were traveling with a group and despite us being the only guests at this “hotel” the rooms they gave us were disgusting! All of the plumbing fixtures were rusted, there was no hot water, the window in the bathroom faced the parking garage. The towels were unclean, the night stands next to the bed has a mysterious liquid on it, and string. We ended up checking out and going to a much better hotel that had modern amenities that one would expect at a decent hotel. We also ended up discovering the closed section of the hotel that was where all the pictures were from. It’s a mystery as to why they would give us the rooms they did and not what was in the pictures. They did offer us those rooms when we decided to leave but at that point the damage was done. My advice. Don’t even consider staying here."
