Our stay at Chasa Montana in Samnaun was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, who went out of their way to make our family feel at home. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is wonderfully harmonious, creating an immediate sense of relaxation and well-being. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered every comfort we could wish for, reflecting the same elegant and tasteful design that characterizes the entire hotel. Every corner is thoughtfully arranged, combining alpine charm with modern luxury in a truly inspiring way. The culinary experience was outstanding — every meal was a delight, with a wonderful variety of fresh and delicious dishes that pleased both adults and children alike. Our kids especially loved the fantastic pool area and the engaging kids club activities, which gave them countless moments of joy and adventure. The convenient ski shuttle service made getting to the slopes effortless, allowing us to fully enjoy the breathtaking ski area without any stress. Every detail, from the impeccable service to the cozy and beautifully designed spaces, made our stay a perfect family holiday. We created beautiful memories and are already looking forward to returning to Chasa Montana, it truly is a gem in the mountains!

Our stay at Chasa Montana turned out to be a very rewarding and fulfilling experience. I have to thank the entire staff guided by Daniel, who kindly showed Chasa Montana best kept secret: their cellar. Olivier and his kind approach dealing with customers. Valentina at breakfast and dinner made a big difference with her friendly and professional approach. Last, but not least, the chef Fabian able to arrange a delicious dinner according to my dietary needs, and Martin, the hiking guide, brought us in a breathtaking hike. Lara, at the SPA, gave me precious suggestions during my treatments. I want to thank the entire staff at the Reception desk for their availability and kindness. We will be certainly back. I strongly recommend Chasa Montana for hiking, SPA and good food and wine lovers.

Chasa Montana was supposed to be a short break. It turned out to be a fulfilling experience. I have to thank Olivier and his professional and attentive team: Valentina at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was extremely kind and helpful, the Fabian extraordinary, Lara at the SPA gave me precious suggestions, the all staff at the Reception extremely helpful and professional. Not to mention Martin our hiking guide. The location is stunning for hiking lovers. The room have been recently renovated. I cannot think about something that didn’t work out. I will certainly be back. Strongly recommend.

A fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Very well run and managed. Half board was six courses and brilliant. Great wine. Superb spa. The ski area is huge and great snow. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I would highly recommend this place.

Incredible hotel with most friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated and recently refurbished. The restaurants are all amazing with superb choice and a Michelin star chef. The spa facilities are also excellent with many options for treatments. They offer a shuttle service to the lift and it is possible to ski back to the hotel. They have a ski shop with top class skis and boots for hire that are delivered to the hotel for your convenience. We have been visiting for many years and are welcomed back like we are family. Highly recommend!!

The newly refurbished Hotel Chasa Montana is stylish and sophisticated but has not lost it's warmth and charm. We return every year because of the family feel in the hotel created by Daniel, Carina and their staff who welcome guests with genuine enthusiasm. The recently refurbished rooms and suites are warm, comfortable and classy with luxurious bathrooms. You absolutely must book the half board option as the food is exceptional with choices for every taste and a Michelin star chef! There is also a cigar bar for those who smoke so no need to stand outside. The spa facilities and pool area are a wonderful place to relax after skiing and you can book a treatment too. I would highly recommend the MBR facial which was incredibly relaxing and I could really see the difference in my skin immediately. You can also rent excellent quality skis and boots at the family Zegg shop and they are delivered to the heated boot room under the hotel for your convenience. They have simply thought of everything!!
