They put me and my girlfriend in a completely dirty and unhealthy room. We recorded it and went to the reception to complain. In the end, they changed our room. The bathroom sometimes has a very strong sewage smell.
The view is very good and the amenities are wonderful. The breakfast is also very good. The hotel is lacking in service from the receptionists.

The cost of living on the island is high, and the price/performance ratio is not as good as on land. The room is very old, but the facade looks very beautiful. There is no free drinking water in the room. There is no vegetable leaves for breakfast. I refused to pay for insurance or taxes before leaving.

The balconies and bathroom are terrible, room 641 the tile are broken and the room are totally outdated, the pool and the pier are destroyed, there is no bathroom outside very inconvenience , is a beautiful property but its needs a lot maintenance and care, is a shame

There is not internet and no coverage for using your phone as hotspot. Unleast not at the 2nd floor. I had to go to the ground floor to be able to work remote. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who needs internet in their life..
