Pro: location is good, in the downtown and near river walk.  Cons:  - 3 elevators but only 1 working but It made a lot of noise and unstable.  - right after we checked in, we found the iron board was broken.  - conditioner in the bottle was empty.  - Took awhile to contact front desk

An amazing place to stay. Parking can be located right across the street and from there it is 1 block away from the river walk. The morning breakfast was much better than expected and the service was fast and friendly.

Good hotel

I enjoyed the hotel very much great breakfast and great employees and rooms are very clean I recommend for anyone looking for a hotel

Very good location, spacious rooms but lack of maintenance is noticeable; a good option just for sleeping.

Came to San Antonio to apply for a visa and go to the embassy. It is very convenient. It is right by the river. It is very convenient to go to the embassy. Breakfast is included, although it is very simple. The price is a bit expensive.

The room was spacious and had kitchen facilities which was nice.
