Todo lo relacionado al alojamiento muy bien, es decir, limpieza, atención del personal tanto en recepción como en el resto de los servicios, insumos, calefacción, etc. Desayuno muy bueno.No recomiendo el restaurante, comida muy escasa y muy cara. No tiene relación precio y calidad. Una pena

Cuando ingresamos a la habitación el baño estaba tapado. Solicitamos q vinieran a destaparlo y la recepcionista nos informó q ya se había ido la mucama y q en ese momento y hasta el día siguiente no habría personal de mantenimiento. La recepcionista vino con cepillo, trapo de piso y no pudo destaparlo y no tenía sopapa.Tuvo q pedir una en el ****** y mi esposo tuvo q destaparlo. Una verdadera vergüenza. El desayuno de lo peor: En unplatito dos fetas de queso y en otro dos medialunas y creo q en un vaso un poquito de ensalada de frutas. Un desastre. Eso sí, cobran el equivalente a u$s 100,00 y no ofrecen ningún servicio. Para completar el coche se guarda adelante del hotel y sin un mínimo techo aunque sea de mediadora. Ahhh.... a la noche NO QUEDA NADIE EN EL HOTEL. No hay sereno, ni cuidador. NADIE. Si se incendia o se inunda o se queda sin luz o ingresan ladrones o lo q fuere el huésped esta a la buena de Dios. Insisto lo q cobran es CA RI SI MO. Por lo tanto NO LO RECOMIENDO. Lo único y mejor q tiene es la recepcionista Agostina y la de la mañana. Ambas excelentes y dispuestas a ayudar.

El personal es súper amable, desde la recepción hasta las chicas de limpieza. Las habitaciones son hermosas, súper amplias y la limpieza es excelente. Es todo muy cómodo. Está bueno que te permiten utilizar la jarra eléctrica y el microondas todo el día. En el desayuno, todo se sirve muy prolijo e higiénico, los platitos con el fiambre tapados, el yogurth bebible en la heladera. Lo que sugiero mejorar es la variedad del desayuno porque los 4 días sirvieron exactamente lo mismo, que safaba pero creo se podría mejorar en variedad y calidad. Además sería bueno si se pudiera usar la máquina de café todo el día, y poner una canilla o rodillo para limpiarse los pies antes de entrar y no ensuciar con la arena. Tiene restaurante que safa y ******. Cómo bienvenida te otorgan 2 tragos para canjear en el ******, 2 aguas y 2 Ferrero Rocher, lo que me pareció muy positivo. El hotel superó mis expectativas igualmente me pareció caro.

Hotel lindo a nivel edilicio. Personal espectacular se llevan todo lo bueno. Hacen de la cadena de hoteles algo bueno. El resto flojo en comparación con la cadena. El room service es malo. La carta incompleta. Y hay cosas que rozan lo increíble. Puedo llevar el café del desayuno a la habitación. Pero no puedo pedir a la barra que suban y la.maquina de café del lobby la apagan osea no se puede tomar café. La habitación es hermosa, el personal espectacular se esmeran por el pasajero pero mate las directivas más no pueden hacer. Las chicas de limpieza son lo más, super amables todas. Los mozos igual. La dirección muy mala En fin. No lo vale. Por el.mismo precio o menos al frente hay casas en alquiler hermosas con piscina ... FELICITO AL PERSONAL, no a quien dirige

Pasar fin de año en Las Grutas. Vivir la fiesta nocturna del 31 a la noche, y esperar las campanas y los fuegos de artificio del recién nacido Nuevo Año! Maravilla inolvidable! Fui con mi nieto de nueve años que no conocía el mar. A Vivirrr!

Está buenísimo que las habitaciones sean grandes. No se siente el ruido del exterior. Las camas son súper cómodas. El desayuno quizás debería ser un poquito más variado. El restaurant y la atención del mozo son muy buenas! Lo recomendamos.

Muy lindo hotel frente al mar, muy buena atención del personal. Habitaciones amplias, nos toco con vista al mar muy linda!! El desayuno optimo con los justo y necesario, lo mejor la maquina de café!! El restaurante del hotel excelente!! Super recomendable todo, volvería sin lugar a dudas.
