The TV wasn't great, certainly not a Smart TV. Picture, sound and remote sucked! Lighting also not great. Goofy switches. Minimal number of outlets, inconvenient as located. Cleanliness a C-. Desk clerk only highlight of my stay.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The staff in their house are very kind and enthusiastic. There does not seem to be a twin room. Only a large bed, with a foldable sofa bed. But the quality of the sofa bed is not good and it is difficult to sleep. It is not a person who needs to be cautious about booking. Breakfast and happy hour on weekdays are standard for this brand hotel, and it’s okay! There are openers, Panda Restaurant, and many western restaurants nearby. Eating is relatively convenient!

You Must Stay Here!!! Especially if... You like getting your catalytic converter stolen while parked 15 yards from the front door of the hotel. Also, if you like getting completely ignored by the manager Mr. Solanki when you are requesting the video surveillance footage, then this is your spot! Do you like your emails and phone calls dismissed and never replied to? Then you will feel right at home here! Do you want to go in and speak personally with Mr. Solanki so you, too, can be treated like you don't matter? Then book a room and enjoy all these benefits for the low, low price of $4500 (catalytic converter replacement, rental car fees, insurance deductible, missed days of work and time/energy spent trying to get a hold of Mr. Solanki. I have given Mr. Solanki over 15 opportunities to reply, either through either email, phone calls or visits to his hotel. The one reply he sent was an email with no subject, no message, no greeting, and no professionalism whatsoever - it contained 2 pictures of what he called ”The Incident.” Well, one picture was of a car that was not mine, along with 2 other vehicles that were not mine...so basically useless. The other picture he sent was a screenshot of the time when the first picure was taken off of the video. Again, useless. Other than that, Mr. Solanki never replied. When I finally saw him at the hotel, he refused to share the video. I asked him what he was hiding and he said he wasn't hiding anything. I told him, ”If you're not hiding anything, then share the video with the police.”, but he refused. After that, he just kept interrupting me as I tried to have a conversation with him. Anytime I said anything, he just talked over me. I know of one other catalytic converter theft that occurred at this hotel, so be careful if you stay there. And if, God forbid, something happens to you or your vehicle, don't be surprised if you have ZERO help or support from Mr. Solanki. By the way, corporate has not been helpful at all either. They have replied via email 2x and left a voicemail asking me to return their call 1x, but other than that, they have not been in touch either. I returned their call as requested and left 2 voicemails, but have yet to hear back from them. Just so you know, my family and I have stayed at BW hotels many times and, in fact, we stayed at the BW Plus on Shelter Island in San Diego after this incident occurred. Since they are all independently owned, our experiences have varied, but usually they are good. However, this incident, with the hotel not responding and corporate not being helpful, has changed my perspective on the BW Brand. I stayed here from 4/29/24 to 4/30/24.

Everything was great. Except the room wasn’t cleaned up very well which made me feel pretty uncomfortable. The customer service was nice but the following morning I kept getting harassed over check out even though I requested and was given permission for a late check out at 1pm instead of 11am but other than that it was OK.

Spotless hotel close to the University of Redlands. We felt secure and enjoyed the hot tub and pool. This was our first trip, but we met several business travelers who always stay at Dynasty Suites. Walking distance to several fast food spots, and close to shopping and restaurants. This hotel is a great value.

AAnonymous UserThe kitchen that was the main reason I book this hotel, and she didn’t disappoint. I had everything I needed ! I loved the complimentary dinner and breakfast offered (dinner mon-wed I believe) also the laundry room. The parking was awful haha but no complaints here luckily everything else outshined that also the front desk woman was very sweet and made me feel comfortable I wish I could remember her name but I know her last name was 3 letters long :
AAlexisThe state was wonderful the parking could’ve been a little bit better, but I know they worked with what they had. Everything was still under construction so I know it’s going to be grand afterwards. The inside was beautiful the room was clean everything was talk nicely I couldn’t have asked for anything to be more perfect gorgeous room bathroom and kitchen.
GGuest UserWas staying here on a business trip with some colleagues. I'd definitely stay here again. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The breakfast was free and plentiful, with lots of great options, the parking was free and easy, there was a discount next door at the BJ's restaurant that my colleagues and I enjoyed on our second night of the stay, and the hotel staff made sure we were accommodated when our flight was delayed by 4 hours and we ended up having to check-in at 5 in the morning. I also have to give a MASSIVE shoutout to Ms. Shakia E. at the front desk- this staff member saved my life- we had to ship a hard drive out for work before our group left the next morning to fly back to Canada (we're a film crew and we always send an additional hard drive with our footage by mail as a safety procedure). Anyway, the night before I had the most difficult time trying to send this drive off- Fed Ex wasn't working and their site had gone down, their tech support wasn't open until the morning, and when their site did start working again, it wouldn't accept a Canadian credit card trying to ship out of the US. And by this time all the physical Fed Exes were closed. I didn't have a UPS or other shipping account. Shakia stepped up and helped so much, she arranged for UPS to pick up the package from the hotel the next day after we left and helped me get an order set up. It sounds straightforward, but honestly, when you're in another country on very little sleep and have several other things to deal with for work, someone like Shakia is a superhero- honestly, this lady is an angel and deserves a promotion. I felt so taken care of and looked after. Overall, would definitely come back to this hotel, if anything, just for the lovely staff who went above and beyond. Many thanks to Shakia and all the staff, from the Canadian film crew :)

GGuest UserNobody reads the one star reviews, but this is truly a one star dump of a hotel. At check-in, the clerk wanted to keep my driver’s license to make sure I checked out the next morning. Like hell. (Seriously, is that legal - and do they have a problem with people overstating their reservation in this sewer of a motel). No sheets on the bed, the TV didn’t work, and it’s in the worst area. The warning on the room key sleeve says it all. It must be owned by a slumlord who occasionally writes his own favorable reviews on Trip Advisor.
EEd08787I don’t even know where to start. From the minute I got there I was afraid my car was going to be broken into. I understand that you get what you pay for, but I stayed in the room for all of 20 minutes before I decided to take the $60 loss and go find a Hilton. Something is going on, because this place has more positive reviews on Hotwire and trip adviser than it should. I was disgusted. There were junkies everywhere, and my window had no blinds, and was boarded from the outside. I've never seen anything like it. The other side of the window was a storage closet, and there was a crack under the board that I felt like someone was watching me through. Someone else complained about literally the same exact room on yelp a week before I stayed there. How do you let a week go by with something like that and not fix it? Like something out of a horror movie. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else.
XXINGVery clean. The room is very big. A good choice for self-driving tour. It is very fun to play. Four people with friends. If you have the opportunity, you will choose to set this hotel again!
徐徐The hotel is on the roadside, parking is convenient, breakfast is the American ordinary breakfast: yogurt bread jam banana apple, room facilities are complete, but older, travel and live is OK.
