RECEPCION: excelente recepción desde lo estructural hasta en la calidez de sus funcionarios ASCENSORES, nuevos y modernos HABITACIONES, de primera calidad, confortables y modernas, con vistas privilegiadas DESAYUNO; incluido y de excelente calidad, no es el guau de un hotel brasilero pero suficiente y delicioso SERVICIO, excelente y con muy buen trato DEUDA: estacionamiento escaso, es fundamental tenerlo en temporada y cuentan con espacio, no se entiende porque no lo habilitan

El servicio no fue acorde a lo indicado al momento de reservar y pagar por adelantado (por pedido del propio hotel). La puerta del baño de la habitación no cerraba (quedaba abierta hasta la mitad, y se trababa, ya que es corrediza). Ante la imposibilidad de solucionarlo técnicamente nos ofrecieron cambiarnos a otra habitación de menor categoría, esa fue la única solución que nos brindaron. No nos devolvieron el dinero. El desayuno es bastante estándar. La atención deja mucho que desear. Las personas con las que dialogamos a lo largo del fin de semana no mostraron voluntad ni buena predisposición para atender el problema de la habitación, un verdadero destrato. La calefacción vía radiadores del sexto piso no estaba en funcionamiento. Una experiencia olvidable.

Excelente la ubicación a 100 metros de la calle céntrica (Chiozza) y frente al mar, con instalaciones súper nuevas, muy limpio y organizado. Desayuno muy completo. El estacionamiento puede ser un tema complejo si no hay lugar en la dársena del hotel.

Pedí una habitación con balcón frente al mar y tuvimos una cama queen cada una, fui con mi hija y excelente calidad las sábanas y almohadas. Me hubiera gustado tener microondas ya que en las noche de frio y lluvia no me gusta salir. También 2 banquitos en el balcón hubieran aportado para tomar unos mates. Igual volvería a ir porque olvidé decir que es suficiente cruzar la calle para estar en la playa donde hay dos paradores y se está a una cuadra paralela en la avenida principal. Riquísimo el desayuno.

Habitación muy buena con balcón terraza muy piola con 1 solo sillón eso si ….. pero bueno en gral muy bien. Buen tv con aplicaciones incluidas como Netflix! Y un detalle para futboleros tiene fútbol para ver en directo q no el Hilton lo tienen ! Ja!
