Very nice place My stay in San Clemente was fabulous. The hotel is beautifully designed and excellently kept in the area of San Clemente Beach is just gorgeous. Everybody should see that.

Lots of tech issues WiFi didn’t work the whole time I was there. The hotel main desk phone wasn’t in service for the two days before I arrived to try to address an issue and no one responded to an email I sent, and my key never worked to my room despite swapping it out two additional times. I was frustrated, but the owners were kind.

Not maintained well. Very confused check in. Key didn’t work and had to get another room. Front desk called me at night, waking me up, just to ask me my name. Room next to busy road with lots of noise. Would only stay here again if everything else sold out.

Spacious room and bed room is separated with a door from bathroom and living room.

Room was a bit outdated. The blinds in the bathroom had some missing blinds so people in the following building could see you as your in the bathroom due to the missing blinds. Bedroom curtains wouldn’t completely close all the way so anyone walking outside the window could see in the room through the slit. When I checked in and went in the room there was a couple ladies who were yelling at each other in the quad area. It was more of a loud conversation. Everything can be heard due to the echoing. The staff was friendly. It’s near the freeway but it wasn’t too loud at night.
