Relación costo-beneficio baja, muy pequeña habitación. Atención del personal amable y eficiente. Buen concepto (rosa) ubicacion buena, caminando 10 minutos al centro de San Cristobal, barrio tranquilo y varios negocios y restaurantes sabrosos cerca.

El servicio estuvo muy bueno y las instalaciones son muy lindas, es un espacio muy tranquilo. Ideal para traer a toda la familia y disfrutar de un buen desayuno. El café y los tés están muy ricos, al igual que el desayuno…todo excelente. Gracias por sus atenciones.

Excelente lugar, lo recomiendo, si vienes toma el servicio del spa y come en el restaurante Carlota que te atienda el Chef Carlos directamente. Las camas riquísimas para descansar, gustavo en recepción una excelente atención y Delia en Spa muy bien 👍

Súper buena experiencia. Excelente servicio de todo el staff y muy amable, muy buen sazón de la comida, los desayunos en especial súper deliciosos y las habitaciones muy amplias y sobre todo súper limpias, sábanas cómodas y bonitas con muy buena decoración.
