In general good. Crust Rest was very good.  Unhappy with Service, I forgot two items. I called for lost and found the next day and they discarded everything. Said nothing was found.

Great location, with parking, and clean rooms.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in San Diego and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Check-in was quick and effortless, and I immediately felt at ease. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding and a relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the little touches—plenty of charging ports, great water pressure in the shower, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the city and ocean. The location is perfect—close to San Diego’s best attractions, including the waterfront, Gaslamp Quarter, and Balboa Park. Whether I wanted to walk around, take a short drive, or simply relax by the pool, everything was easily accessible. The hotel amenities exceeded expectations. The pool area was a highlight, perfect for enjoying the sunshine, while the fitness center was well-equipped and clean. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals with fresh, local ingredients, and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone. What really made my stay special, however, was the service. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond—whether it was offering recommendations, arranging transportation, or just greeting me with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Diego, whether for business, a family vacation, or a relaxing getaway. I’m already looking forward to staying here again!

I was there for 3 nights and there was NO maid service. The coffee pot was really gross - someone had used it to make noodle soup and no one cleaned it. The bed was really tall/high. I'm only 5'1" so getting into bed was a struggle. The staff in the front office was a bit flip when I asked about the housekeeping. I was told it's only every other day - not good. The restaurant was ok but not great. so I went to The Kings Inn for Dinner instead. I will never stay there again and I would not recommend the Atwood.

Beautiful Santiago! This was my first time here. After comparing various options and reading numerous travel guides and hotel reviews, I finally chose your hotel. What I appreciate most is the room's decor; everything was thoughtfully arranged. The receptionist was also very attentive. Thank you!

The towel has a light gray mark, it seems to have been used for a long time! There is food sauce on the side of the cabinet on the ground floor! The air conditioner will turn off after a while, no slippers, the hairdryer is broken, really bad!

The hotel is in a very good location. 🛏️ It is very high. The bathtub has great water power.

Convenient location and good service! But the sanitation needs to be improved...the sound insulation is also there, and it is next to the highway, so there is a lot of traffic! It’s just a place where you can spend the night!
