The hotel was great. We loved our 2 Bedroom Suite, it was perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 young kids). The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. I wish the living room area had more seating, just two soft chairs would be nice. Checking in was extremely slow. We were a bit early and arrived before check in time. Our room was not ready early, which was fine, they let us store our luggage, we left and got some food and came back after check in time. Unfortunately our room was still not ready, so we waited in the lobby patio/games area (our 3 kids terrorized everyone). We waited about an hour and a half for the room to be ready. When I asked about their guarantee check in, the front desk lady didn’t apologize or offer us anything, she told us that they can’t do anything about it because it is housekeeping and not her problem. I was a bit surprised at the lack of service, especially being a diamond level Hilton Rewards member, usually people are bending over backwards for us. No welcome letter and I had to ask for our diamond level perks—again usually hotels are making a bigger deal out of doing that.
