Very Good
WwustjordanThis is a chain hotel. The staff is very enthusiastic and has a good service attitude. Ctrip reservations can be checked in by showing the passport of the booker. The whole process is efficient. The room facilities are very complete, the space is large, and the bedding is very comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, and the sound insulation is good. There is a swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel. You can prepare swimsuits and swimming caps in advance. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby for free. You can choose your favorite flavor by yourself.
The hotel provides free breakfast packages with two options, but the restaurant is not open, so you can only take it away. There are sandwiches with yogurt and so on, which is no problem to eat. The staff is very enthusiastic and can be collected at the front desk at any time.
The hotel is located in the city center, only 15 minutes walk to the USS Midway and the Victory Kiss Statue; only 7 or 8 minutes to the Santa Fe train station; about 4 minutes to the nearest subway station; and only 5 minutes walk to Little Italy. There are many restaurants and it is very lively at night. There is a place where restaurants are concentrated, and there is also Chinese food, with many varieties and good taste. It is very convenient to eat, stay and travel, and I recommend everyone to stay.
AAnonymous UserThis is an old hotel with rich cultural background, all the staff are very friendly, the room service is timely and in place, the bedding and mattress are very comfortable, the breakfast is not to mention, the weekend menu will be replaced with the brunch menu. All the above advantages allow me to tolerate the only disadvantage of zero view from the window. Parking is valet, there is a cvs at the door, and there is a taco that ranks first in the United States within five minutes' walk, which is pretty good, but there is homeless on the roadside
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located on a peninsula, with the bay front and back, and the scenery is beautiful. It is a few kilometers away from downtown, so it is convenient to drive to shopping and eating. There is a parking lot downstairs for 30 knives a day. The front desk service attitude is very good, and the check-in is very fast. The room facilities are a bit old, and there is a small balcony with a sea view. The bathroom is generally clean, but a cockroach was found in the bathroom.
GGuest UserGreat value for a budget traveler. Older motel-style property, but well-maintained with modernized furnishings and bathrooms. Comfortable beds that compare with my more common Marriott stays.
I found my room lighting to be a bit disappointing (too dim), no breakfast option, but there are several nearby diners and a Vons supermarket are within 5 mins walking distance.
The location is not central to much unless there’s a sports event at the arena, but it’s easy to get places by Uber or a pretty decent mass transit network (if you have the time…. As it could double or triple your travel time) The MTS route 8 bus stops right out front. We went all the way to Torrey Pines Beach for $2.50 each way (bus 8 to Old Town, blue trolley toward UTC, then the 101 to Torrey Pines State Park for a hike with great views!). And, in only about 60-70 mins, and we’re able to fit in a trip to LaJolla cove on the way back.I
GGuest UserI like the bedroom everything look clean and comfortable to sleep. I was able to sleep well. Thank you! Would recommend this place I hope to come back again!..
DDanaTorAlways a great time at Mission Bay Resort in San Diego. If you ever get the opportunity definitely book a waterfront room. So convenient to have your room a few steps away from the water. In all honesty any room is great! Can’t wait to book my next stay.

EEnglishTeacher朱丽叶Location was excellent for concert at Petco Park, took Uber and obviously was longer due to concert influx realized take a lime lite would have been faster. Walking expect 25-30 min and going up hill.
Service was good at check -in , first night found roaches 🪳 under and around fridge area! Went to lobby for possible accommodations , encountered male fair skin and colored eyes, said they were from the weather (🙄) didn’t seem surprised to hear there were roaches in our room, asked if we can switch rooms- he said they were fully booked and didn’t have anything available which I didn’t even see him check. At this point couldn’t find room to check out for the weekend and left as is. Told cleaning lady that evening and she shared a roach spray to spray in infected area. We didn’t not feel comfortable in this environment and left our snacks and food in bags and placed luggage on our beds and desk to avoid roaches from getting in. Additionally had requested towels and when asked for 4 same lobbyist said 4 was pushing it and only handing two towels even though I had booked two double Queen rooms for 8 people!!
Second room has stains on bed sheets and pillows, unsure what exactly it was but looked like blood. Friend got rash on arm and suspected bed bugs, checked sheets and luckily didn’t find any.
Bathroom sink had broken handle that came off when lifted.
Breakfast was good- early hours 7:30-8:30 , doors closed by 8:25 and you cannot take food out. But decent has French toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal and juices.
Parking was small but have additional parking below , just have to walk around the corner.
HHelenaI have never encountered such an incompetent front desk person. She seemed very confused, as if it were her first day on the job and would consider placing her away from the customers to spare them. Firstly, my room did not have a heater. Rather than fix the situation by moving me to a room with a heater, I was told that I couldn't be moved because no one would be able to clean the room. What kind of an excuse is that?! Don't fix the heater and move someone else into the room so they can be uncomfortable on a 49 degree San Diego evening? That only sounds fabulous if I am having hot flashes, which I am not. I will say that the room was clean when I entered and want to give the room cleaning staff a shout out since they are truly doing their job.
How about fix the heater and you won't have to worry about moving someone into another room because heaters weren't fixed. When I pay for a room, I expect all features to be functional and am not really concerned about how you will clean the room when I depart from it. I really hope that management sees this and ensures that all elements in a room are working and teach their front desk staff to do better.
LLindy_LFor a colleague, display the pre-authorization. As a result, the credit card shows consumption. Colleagues at the front desk are also paying. It has been three months since now, and I have not returned the cost of the card before returning. Still studying how to
