I come to this hotel very often for work, we have a great time especially due to the presence of Mrs. Anna Curci who overwhelms us at the breakfast buffet. Super kind, polite and always with a smile.❤️. They should only hire people like this. Sabina Argiolas

Everything was as expected! Hotel is next to highway and have a charging stations for electric cars in the basement. Staff friendly. Breakfast was very good! Definitely worth if you need to crash for 1 day and recharge the Battery during the night. Hotel room was just too hot and we have to stay with open window because they could not lower the temperature.

My rating is average only because of poor booking system on Hotel web pages. I have book one room on oficial web page. I have add all details, of course credit card details and i have book but i not receive any conformation. Next day i check if my booking is ok with hotel and i have telephone conformation that my room is booked. Hotel must improve booking system. Hotel is nice, clean and stuff is frendly. If you travel with car hotel offer huge parking and of course park garage (5 euro/day). On every floor you can find vending machine with snack and cold drinks. Room and Bathroom is very clean. Breakfast is huge and with a lot of different food. Because of Covid no more self service. You choose what you wish and waiter give to you on plate. This is Covid rules.

What we liked: Location near the motorway, but still quiet and dipped in the green; also very close to the Outlet Nine, comfortable for a snack break, children's games or for some gift or shopping. The structure is very clean and relaxing, there is no calc and there is quiet and drink a dressing in the garden with the baby running around the fields without having to be afraid of roads or cars is really nice. Breakfast is also ordered in the evening before special things (omelette, eggs, etc.) and the restaurant has a great choice of pasta, fish and meat, there is for all tastes. The restaurant's servants are gentle and good, thanks to the great experience. What wasn't liked: It's a pity that a pool was not integrated that would make the hotel even more attractive, even if we knew it wasn't there, once it would be very nice to have one with the 35°C that was there. Maybe a little missing the spirit of welcome that is more heard in other places (see Toscana, Emilia Romagna,...), where you really feel welcome in the structure and ”cockoled”, though it is true that we were only one night, But a little more service (outside the restaurant where all were good and kind) and hospitality would not hurt and would make the experience from good to excellent.

RECENSIONE SOLO PER PISCINA (come osipte esterno). Comodo il parcheggio e con tanti posti. Nei festivi ingresso piscina a 18 €, per tutto il giorno, comprensivo di asciugamano, lettino e ombrellone (non singolo ma quello grande per cui non si può spostarlo). Mancanza totale di privacy perchè i lettini sono praticamente attaccati l'uno all”all'altro Presenza di spogliatoio, servizi e docce (anche calda). Presente, ovviamente il bagnino. La piscina, anche se un pò scenografica, non è granchè perchè piccola e praticamente si tocca ovunque. Carina la cascatella, però il rumore che produce dopo un pò è molto fastidioso. Ammessi i cani a bordo piscina (sicuramente non gradito a chi soffre di allergie) anche se vietato dal regolamento esposto. Nessuno fa la doccia prima di entare in piscina, seppur obbligatoria. Nessuno indossa la cuffia, seppur obbligatoria. Molti, bambini e adulti, si tuffano seppur vietato dal regolamento. Bambini con pannolone entrano allegramente in piscina. Famiglie che banchettano con cibo portato dall'esterno, seppur vietato dal regolamento. Ottimo regolamento che però non viene rispettato dai più e nessuno dei bagnini interviene per farlo rispettare. Presente un bar bordo piscina dove ho preso per 6 € un ”tostone” (come indicato nel menù) che invece era un normale toast (una vera presa in giro): a saperlo prima avrei ordinato qualcosa di diverso (un classico panino per es.). Nell'aria c'è uno strano odore (tipo lavanderia) che non so da dove provenga. Presenti ospiti stranieri rumorosi e ineducati che non vengono mai ripresi dal personale piscina. Personale senza infamia e senza lode. Sconsiglio assolutamente la frequentazione. PS La recensione è frutto di una intera giornata passata in piscina

Posizione invidiabile tra mare e centro. Camere bene strutturate e servizio di pulizia superlativo! Cucina curata anche nei dettagli di presentazione dei piatti. Personale cordiale e disponibile senza essere mai invadente. La piscina è piccola e ben curata con vaschetta idromassaggio rilassante. Ci sono andato con la mia fidanzata, mia mamma anziana ed il mio cane Duky. Lui mi ha detto che si è sentito un principino, coccolato da tutto il personale per l'intera durata del soggiorno. Arrivati a casa ci ha chiesto: quando torniamo?

We chose because airport transfer is free. It is very convenient because there is a supermarket just a short walk away. The room is relatively large, functional and easy to use. The lobby is also nice, but it is a pity that the Chinese occupy the lobby. There are quite a few from the airport. In the case of pick-up, ask the hotel by e-mail in advance.

I have just returned home from my holiday in Italy. This hotel was was one of my stops and I like to share my experience. All of the staff at this Crowne Plaza were incredible and helpful. Without doubt one of friendliest staff! Upon arrival a female receptionist welcomed us friendly in good understandable englisch: She answered our questions, gives us a city map and explained us the facilities. The Restaurant manager and his team were extremely friendly and very flexible (appreciated this!). The waiters were so kind and were fulfilling all extra requests. At the end, and upon Checkout, I was pleased to meet the General Manager. I appreciated her way to provide a good leadership and how is she supporting the guest service department. Note, this is not a 4 stars hotel. I would like to add the 5th star because of the good staff. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. All respect for you because you did a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Already planning my next visit to the hotel! In Love!
