San Felipe Beach Hotel

Cracked tile all over the room. Gap at bottom of door allowed sand to flow into the room, we did have a really bad sand/wind storm. No heat in room.

We were right on the beach. The mini split worked excellent. There was a misunderstanding about the room, but they changed it right away. Great people!

The hotel is in a deplorable state. The photos I sent you speak volumes. I used to be an administrative employee of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of the Interior. I felt like a beggar. I showed a person from the hotel the poor condition and received no response! I request compensation, otherwise I will publish the situation in several tourism magazines.

This was my second time staying here. I love the: Beachfront & view from 2nd floor room The hammocks on the patio under cover are so relaxing The food is delicious & service is great The pool was lovely The staff are great The bed is very comfortable Only two things I didn’t like; walls are quite thin & you can hear people talking.On my second night some people checked in later & I could hear them talking. If it wasn’t so late, I would have asked for a different room. The Air conditioner works great, BUT IT IS VERY HIGH & I couldn’t reach it.I had to climb up on the sink counter to change settings. The hotel should buy a few stools to loan to guests. The night I arrived, I had to get the staff from the front desk to come to my room to turn it on. Also the night security is awesome. They are friendly & they stay all night. I will be staying again. Price was reasonable.

A bit outdated more family than couple focused enjoyed beach access despite customer clothing hanging from walkway handrails

We were there for a quick overnight stop on drive home. Access to beach was good, unfortunately restaurant was closed. There are hammocks but they are being supported by what looked like rusted beams. Great location and fine for our overnight stay, although a bit pricey.

This is a little off the main area. Only a few blocks but it’s really a sleepover only. Area

The room is basic, clean. Nice location on the beach. Has a restaurant open in the mornings. It has a small pool. Staff very friendly. Will stay again on our way back.

The room was clean, staff was courteous and food from restaurant was excellent.
