Very nice hostel. The check in was a bit of an issue despite paying on trip.com they stated I had a balance due because I never made a payment and asked me to due so. I showed them the receipt from trip.com and all was well. They do require you to scan a QR code to send a text on WhatsApp to get all the information for your room. My phone was on 5% upon arrival this isn’t convenient. There are only two toilets on the floor with several rooms. The facilities are very clean. However there was hair left in my blanket I was given. Very cold in the room and if you’re near the street you hear everything. Overall great for an overnight stay but not more than 2 days

Had a bed in a room of 4 and had an excellent four night stay. Good location, good, clean facilities and a great price , especially if you are out exploring most of the time.

The beds are comfy, the location is ideal - I wouldn’t expect to be hanging out there, as a traveller you’d be better off finding a bar. Did its job and don’t need to ask much more of it than that!

NO HEATER IN ROOM AFTER 6PM..

This is the best hostel in San Francisco. It has just opened and has all the necessary facilities. It is a bit troublesome to unlock the door with a password. Other things are good and the area is relatively safe.

The location, cleanliness, security, and everything else about this hostel was by far the best of all the ones I stayed at on my solo trip! Be careful though, as the bus from the airport to here is a bit unsafe.

Good value for money. Towels provided. (They seem to give you only one but don't change it?) Luggage storage possible before check-in and after check-out. All-in-one shampoo and body wash. The location is a bit uphill, but for me, it was better than Union Square. (I like walking). Tea and coffee provided. Water purifier available. Curtains on the bed. Locker room available. However, the staff is not friendly. They suddenly changed the main door password before I even checked out and didn't tell me... And WhatsApp communication doesn't work.. (I asked how to make a reservation for a club recommended by this accommodation, but they ignored meㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ So I didn't ask because it was annoying)

The environment is nice, it is self-service check-in, and the transportation in the city center is very convenient, 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Not impressed at all. Bathroom and shower room are not separated for men and women. Requested lower bed, could not change for another night. Accommodation has no elevator. Enter and exit by pressing door code and room code. Contact staff only through what'app or ig. Living room is very dirty. Dishes and bowls are not washed. Washed only sloppily. Drinking water does not come out when pressed. Bed quality is ok. Has privacy curtain. Location is convenient for travel, near Japan Town.

I was worried because it wasn't downtown, but San Francisco is small, so location doesn't really matter. The accommodation was clean, and there was a mart next to the accommodation that sold food, which was great. The hostel was managed well, like in Asia. The only regret is that check-in was at 4 o'clock.
