The hotel's location is quite good; just around the corner is where 'Inception' was filmed. Since it's on higher ground, I didn't see any homeless people, making it feel relatively safer. Getting a ride from here is also very convenient. My only complaint is the elevator – it's quite old, and when it stops, there's a slight feeling of weightlessness. One time, the elevator stopped unevenly with the floor, which was a bit concerning.

Nice hotel, I'd definitely stay here again. The environment is pleasant, and the front desk staff were very friendly. It's super close to Chinatown, just a few minutes' walk, and you can even walk to Fisherman's Wharf in about 20 minutes. Lombard Street is also nearby! The price was quite reasonable too.

The hotel was fantastic, and the room was incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was absolutely outstanding. The courtyard is beautiful with a lovely little fountain, and there are great restaurants and bars nearby! I loved the lounge on the first floor! The price was fair and attractive! I definitely recommend it!

It feels like an old building that's been renovated. The room was a bit dark. The location is excellent though, right outside there's a popular photo spot with lots of people taking pictures. Chinatown is just a 10-15 minute walk away, where you can find most of the good food.

This hotel's location is perfect for photography lovers, offering a 'folded city' vibe. The tram (Ding Ding) can take you directly from Fisherman's Wharf to the hotel entrance. It's also very close to Chinatown and Union Square. The only downside is that the shower drainage needs improvement, though the water pressure is good.

The air conditioning in the first room was incredibly loud, so we asked to switch. The front desk staff seemed a bit moody. After moving, we found that the AC in the second room didn't work the first night, so we had to sleep in warm clothes. It finally started working on the second day, not sure why. The only upside is the good location.

The lobby staff were very welcoming. My only complaint is that the room was a long and winding walk from the elevator, which was quite inconvenient when carrying luggage. I also found the TV's side placement a bit puzzling.

The location couldn't be better – right in the very heart of the city center. You can see the cable cars right outside your door. Getting around is incredibly convenient, and there are plenty of tourist attractions nearby. The room was quite spacious, offering a decent amount of space to move around. Breakfast, however, was very basic.

On my self-guided trip to San Francisco, I had pre-booked this hotel through Ctrip. The location is excellent, with a cable car stop right outside the door that serves all three lines. I'd recommend walking a short distance past Union Square to the Powell Street cable car turnaround to purchase the $15 day pass there, as it's quite a good deal. Breakfast wasn't included with my reservation, but Chinatown is just a walk away, offering plenty of Cantonese dining options. The hotel room itself was decent. The only downside was that one of the three elevators was consistently out of service, leading to long waits during peak hours. The elevators are quite old, and the jolt and shudder every time they stopped on a floor often left guests inside exchanging exasperated smiles.
