I have an excellent experience with Epik Hotel. The staffs are very accomodating and understanding. The rooms are small but clean and is so comfortable.

Location was good, starrs are also very helpful and available to help 24x7

Better than expected Clean and neat Hardly find such a reasonable price in San Francisco that is convenient Located in a notorious region but actually acceptable, just come back earlier Dont need to purchase the breakfast as the food is so limited 比想像中好 位處市中心但確實有很多流浪汗，但只要不夜歸也是沒問題 Cp值不錯因為在三藩市很難找差不多價錢的酒店了 乾淨整潔 不用買早餐因為也沒有甚麼可以吃

Zero sound insulation - incredibly loud music on the street right outside my window - impossible to sleep hahaha. I also had random homeless people trying to break into my room, and had constant knocking on my door the whole night - got it on video.

I stayed 5nights, but i really had uncomfortable time during my staying. First, the housekeeping never cleaned up my room during 5nights, even if i already asked reception many times. Second, the room had serious toilet flush problem, and i already asked this issue, but the hotel reception didn't really care this. Also, The bedsheets and bath towels were not cleaned at all and smells very bad. During this staying , i even needed to skin trouble due to the sanitary problem. What's more, The location was not very safe, and there were homeless people near the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel.

The room is small but clean and comfortable. However there is not soundproof between rooms, you can hear from other room and the night is not calm with noises from street till 3-4 am.

It is alright for the price. And it provides free basic breakfast every morning.

The hotel is located near Union square. Many Asian restaurants nearby.

They changed the room I booked last minute for a very tiny one, when we got there after a very long and extenuating day the room smelled a lot like cigar with a bunch of air freshener. The walls are so thin we could hear all night the people next room and their tv, so annoying. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

The location is dangerous, but the hotel itself is safe.

The first room was smelling weird, and then the reception helped us to switch the room . And it’s so much better , but the tv is not working , but I don’t mind it . It was a nice stay , and I love they provide coffee downstairs. Hotel is really cheap and it’s totally worth it . Also if you don’t mind a lot of homeless people around . Definitely book here . Front people are really nice . I appreciate their help .
