Room was spotlessly clean. Spacious separated showers. Nice view out of the room with huge window.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Rooms were dirty, and the elevator was broken, clearly for a long time, with no repair in sight. The street outside was noisy and had a lot of homeless people around.

The hotel is located in downtown San Francisco, in an area with a high concentration of homeless people. However, there weren't as many homeless individuals directly in front of the hotel at night compared to other areas. If you exit BART from B1, the walk to the hotel feels relatively safe. If you use other exits, be prepared to navigate through groups of homeless people. They don't attack pedestrians, but the atmosphere can feel a bit unsettling. Upon arriving at the hotel, you need a staff member to operate the elevator for you. If you check out too early in the morning, be ready to carry your luggage down the stairs yourself, as hotel staff might not be awake to help with the elevator, which had an 'out of order' sign on it the whole time. I booked this hotel because it was a convenient pickup point for my Yosemite tour. It's also easy to walk to BART to get to the airport. The room had a handy sink, but the bathroom was shared. The soundproofing between floors was very poor.

It  was a good experience. I particularly appreciate that they accommodated my early check in.

Worst hotel, unsafe area, hotel not clean, contacted the manager and they said nobody else has ever complained , power outlets not fixed to the wall properly, stained sheets with what looked like blood and urine, dirty fridge, broken fire alarm, The whole area is noisy and full of *****.

not clean. In bathroom do not have shampoo and shower gel. breakfast is no good.

Location is the only good thing

I cancelled and moved to a different hotel and they refuse to return my 78 dollars. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. They will not return your money! Even if you cancelled before check in time of 3pm.

Prime location good room with break fast, newr by union Square also Indian food, masjid and all facility newr by. Staff so helpful always try to help. Room size clean is good

A pleasant stay as always. The staff is terrific and the price is a good value.

Even though the room didn’t have a table and carpet, it had two chairs, a dresser, a queen bed, microwave oven, fridge, fan, and nice bathroom. To note also, you need to open and close the door if elevator manually, but it’s safe and not a beag deal. Bathroom has fluid soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the tubs that are easy to use. Overall, great experience we liked it so far.

Bad location. But service is nice.
