Hotel Bijou

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and handled check-in and check-out very quickly, so there was no long wait. The room was spotless, with soft and comfortable bedding – I slept soundly all night. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, plenty of hot water, and stable pressure. The facilities were comprehensive; the air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly, and the soundproofing was excellent, as I could barely hear any noise from the hallway or outside the window. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options and was great value for money. Overall, the service was thoughtful and attentive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Excellent! The owner is incredibly friendly and polite, and they have an adorable German Shepherd. The room is also very spacious.

The room isn't very big, and the whole hotel is quite compact, but the location is excellent. It's very close to BART in Downtown San Francisco, making transportation incredibly convenient. The price is also very reasonable, which could save you the cost of a meal or two. I think it would be perfect for solo travelers, especially for long layovers, as it's very easy to get to directly from the airport.

The key card they gave us didn't work for the room door. Parking cost an extra $40 for one night. There were a lot of homeless people downstairs, and they were really loud all night. We kept hearing people yelling and motorcycles roaring. Seriously, don't book this place.

It was noisy downstairs, and the room only had heating. However, the hygiene was good, and the service was okay.
