Very nice, newly renovated room. The staff was very accommodating, especially Reisha at the front desk. We also liked the 'Wine Hour' from 3-4 PM with a complimentary glass of wine, and the free coffee and pastry in the morning. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, 5 mins walk to union Square. Tram stops right outside. Complementary croissant and tea fr breakfast was lovey. Staff were helpful and friendly. No fridge so slightly disappointed. Great pizza place next door and whole foods 5 mins away.

A wonderful small renovated hotel at excellent pricing. Good location. Clean spotless room with large size and open light windows. Comfy bed and bathroom. The staff and manager are very friendly and helpful. I extended my stay to an extra day MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE BREAKFAST WAITRESS WHO WAS UNFRIENDLY AMD RUDE. I POLITELY ASKED 3 TIMES FOR A COFFEE REFILL AMD WALTED 10 MINITES WHILE SHE WAITED ON NRW ARRIVING TABLES. WHEN O ASKED AGAIN SHE RUDELY TOLD ME TO KEEP WAITING. WHEM I TOLD HER I WOULD MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT SHE SAID WITH DISGUST "GO AHEAD!:. I LEFT IMMEDIAYELY WITJPUT MY REQUEST SO I WOULD NOT SAY SOMETHING INAPPROPRIATE. SHE CLEARLY HAYRS HER JOB AND SHOULD BE REPLACED.. THANKFULLY THE HOTEL MGR CAME TO ME, APOLOGIZED AND POILITELY DOSCISSED MY CONCERN. OTHER THAN THIS NASTY BREAKFAST EVERYONE ELSE WERE SUPER NICE

Lovely hotel! It's in a beautiful neighborhood and has excellent service. For breakfast, you can choose from a croissant, chocolate pastry, or kiwi tart. Very delicious!

This is a good budget hotel for its category, especially if you book in advance. It's close to Union Square, Chinatown, and Little Italy. The famous Cable Car is just a 10-minute walk away. On a parallel street, about 5 minutes away, there are several nice cafes with excellent breakfast options. The room itself was spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping. The shower room was fresh, and the tiles and fixtures were in excellent condition. There's also a coffee machine in the room. The front desk staff were pleasant, and it was particularly nice to meet a fellow countrywoman, Julia, who was very kind and resolved our small requests twice. Thank you so much, dear Julia, for your kind help and warm welcome!
