It is good hotel if you plan to stay only one night. Keep your expectations low

The gentleman that greeted us when we first arrived was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and was within walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf.

The room had a very 90s American feel 🤣, but the facilities were all okay and the cleanliness was good. The receptionist seemed to be Mexican, and was very friendly, helping me park and giving us directions. The location was also good, within walking distance of the pier or Lombard Street.

The room was cold, the heater was extremely noisy and unusable, and there weren't even blankets, only sheets. When we asked for sheets again for both beds, we were told there was only one sheet available. The service was poor.

The staff who greeted us were so kind, I just wanted to repay them with a positive review. The location is convenient for walking to Lombard Street, Fisherman's Wharf, and the Golden Gate Bridge. Parking is free! We were able to extend our stay for a few hours after checkout. The room was also very comfortable, and the large sofa made breakfast a comfortable experience!

The hotel is a bit old, but not old. The air conditioning is sharp, but the disadvantage is that there is no refrigerator and microwave. Parking is free and the location is convenient for city walk. You can also store it after checking out.

The main advantage is free parking, though the environment is just so-so. Fisherman's Wharf and Chinatown are within walking distance – the location is decent. We checked out at 11 am and they agreed to let us park until 2 pm, but they wouldn't store our luggage, saying they were out of space and we should leave it in the car. When asked if it was safe, they said they were there and there were security cameras, so it was fine.

The location is very convenient.

It’s not easy to find a hotel with parking in San Francisco, and there are actually a dozen free parking spaces under this one. It's more than 10 minutes from Jiuquhua Street and only six or seven minutes from Fisherman's Wharf. The location is really good. A middle-aged brother at the front desk also had a good attitude. Good, worth recommending.

The hotel is located in the center of the old city, very close to Lombard Street (the navigation actually leads you downhill from Lombard Street, which is too steep and a bit scary). It is walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf. Marriott Hotel is right next to it. It is rare to have free parking in such a location. The hotel does not look old. The twin room is not small, and two boxes can be easily placed. The overall feeling is better than the online reviews.
