The location is very convenient as it’s a walking distance to many great popular tourist spots. Staff is very helpful and informative on local commute and transportation to the airport in the very early morning.

The room was generally good, clean and tidy, the service staff communicated smoothly, but the Americans were a bit rigid, maybe the staff had no authority. Local calls were free. The wifi didn't work.

There is an elevator so you don’t have to hold your luggage all the time. You need to pay for the parking lot. The service attitude needs to be improved.

The location was very good and the room very spacious, but everything else varies from bad to terrible, noisy rooms, not very clean, there is no room cleaning service, parking was not included in the booking even though it was specified that it was! It is also frequented mainly by drunk people and those who use *****. So it wasn't a good stay.

Loud, unhoused strolling through the parking lot. Quite possibly someone doing sketchy things in a room. People arguing and yelling at late hours (2am and 4am). Room was surprisingly clean considering the rest of the hotel. Staff was argumentative when someone in my party wanted a different room because the smell of smoke was so bad. Definitely won’t me back

Room was very smelly and people next to me were being extremely loud. A lot of people outside smoking. Stairways smelled like urine. Didn’t feel safe and bed was very squeaky like if it was broken.
