Prenotati da una settimana, arriviamo e le camere congelate, motore centrale spento per risparmiare energia. Anche il radiatore in bagno staccato. Pareti sporche, poltrona distrutta, viti da legno conficcate nella parete e lavandino intasato e con perdita dal sifone, diffusore doccia intasato di calcare e filtri A/C sporchissimi. La mattina seguente, stesso problema.. camera tiepida e bagno congelato. Il display del mio iPhone è molto più grande della tv. Abbiamo pernottato due notti a 75€ (scontate a 70€ per il disservizio). Terza volta che ci vado in 4 anni e ogni volta un problema. In passato, abbiamo anche avuto un battibecco con il proprietario o responsabile struttura, che ha criticato cucina, vini e prodotti vari della “nostra” Sicilia, offendendo gratuitamente. Detto ciò, posto e personale da evitare. Bellissima invece San Giorgio di Nogaro e i suoi abitanti. Disponibile la persona di turno alla reception ma non ci torneremo più.

Cerco un hotel in zona, decido di prenotare perchè attirata dal buon prezzo su booking (141€ per due notti) e decido di chiamare direttamente, facendo io stessa questo tipo di lavoro so che solitamente chiamando in reception il prezzo si abbassa, allora alla proposta di 92€ ho subito accettato, e richiesto una mail di conferma, diceva “Confermata prenotazione per camera matrimoniale € 92 BB”. Arrivati al check out la receptionist esordisce con “sono 92 euro a notte, per un totale di 184€”. Le ho fatto presente che non era mai stato specificato che il prezzo fosse inteso a notte,(si indica praticamente sempre il totale o si specifica come viene inteso il prezzo) con mail a dimostrarlo. Dico solo che ci hanno offerto uno sconto di 10€. Sbagliare è umano, possibile sia stata una svista, ma non devo rimetterci io, bensì la struttura che ha commesso l’errore. Peccato perché avevano fatto una buona impressione sia le camere che il personale, ma una truffa del genere è al limite del legale, vergognoso.

Stanza gelida, anche lasciando il riscaldamento acceso tutta la notte il sistema di riscaldamento è stato inefficace e ho dovuto dormire vestito. Ampio spazio per parcheggiare. Ristorante non disponibile. Prezzo contenuto ma ambientazione molto semplice, economico senza essere fatiscente. Colazione sufficiente. Attenzione alla sicurezza covid fantasiosa, non viene richiesto un greenpass ma viene fatta firmare una liberatoria in cui il cliente si assume la responsabilità della sicurezza.

Struttura moderna, pulita e piacevole inserita in un contesto di un centro commerciale un po' fatiscente. Diciamo che all'inizio eravamo un po' preoccupati ma poi e' andato tutto molto bene.
